Location of the Hotel and the Staff being very professional and polite. After flying for 23 hrs, we desperately wanted a hot shower and get some sleep. Unfortunately there was no Hot water available in the room. The staff were very polite and apologetic, and tried their best with alternative solutions, but it's only so much that can do. Value for $$$ was also not met as a result. Management /owners should focus on improving infrastructure.

Clean, posh, and polished! Great interiors and very close to a 5-star experience. The breakfast menu could be a little better.

Booking.com says it has free stays and breakfast included for kids. While checkout they asked to pay extra for my child who didnt even eat breakfast properly(1 single piece of dosa). No one told us during checkin, breakfast about the same. The booking confirmation clearly mentioned its included. Breakfast selection was underwhelming too There are better hotels in same area with similar price range giving better service and no hidden fees.
