Good Veg options and Jain food available Got some additional requestes confirmed / approved from booking.com, but they were not provided at the hotel.

The room was nice - no problems there. While food was tasty and fresh the selection of south Indian cuisine was a bit limited on the day we were there. E.g. no poori, uppma, dosa.

Although I said it was excellent i thinkyou could give a better range specially as we are non indians . The continental breakfast could be done better with fresh juice and some grilled tomatoes , etc

The service was OK. The air conditioning was very bad, even after complaining, nothing happened, they couldn't fix the problem.

I had stayed with you earlier. Its high time you need to bring some renovation, especially washrooms and beds. Teh basic necessities poorly maintained

The location of the hotel in the heart of the city is only thing I liked about the hotel. The staff is indifferent and not well trained. The food wasn't good, it was below average though they charge a fancy price for it.

location was good . highly convinient for any sort of business/hospitals etc., breakfast was good . sambar is excellent. i took south indian food and it is excellent i stayed for two days. i think blankets were not changed. but it is ok.
