Park Avenue Hotel

-location is near to US biometrics - staffs were nice - Was welcomed to room by couple of cockroaches which was not expected. - The faucets have seen better days - Bath towels were in mint condition - Room size is smaller for 3 occupants, looks like a 2 occupant room converted to 3.

The breakfast buffet had some small insects running around. very limited TV channels

Overall, a wonderful stay and we look forward to returning! The rooms were comfortable, though making them a bit more spacious and updating some areas would make the experience even better.

Location, beds were ok, staff was helpful Bathroom is simply a makeshift place. Shower box is not waterproof, causing water to come out and completely wet the bathroom floor, creating a slipping hazard, specially for kids.

Location good Worst staff extremely rude No hot water- made us wait for one hour but they couldn’t get hot water working Were not obliging to extend the stay for extra hour even after the delay they caused It was horrible experience

Nothing made me happy staying there for three nights, breakfast was below standard , the bed sheets were not washed even here they make money , i and my wife were not comfortable at ALL

Location is Ok, on seeing online booking.com, I booked this property, but since we checked in late at Chennai at around 8.45 pm, I had little choice to find and book another Hotel. The window of the room was broken, ( Room No 104) even after complaining no response from management, practically there is no manager in the hotel, some waiters are manning the counter. We were three person, me, my wife & son, while we ordered for dinner, one water drinking glass was short, despite repeated request they did not provide a glass. I had given cloths for Laundry on 22nd Aug, on the assurance of getting on 23rd Aug, now at 11 pm, I could get my two shirts & a pant, but one shirt & one baniyan is delivered short, the person sitting in reception , could receive my cash for bill, but he said, he does not know about Laundry. So, my advice to all those who does not know about this hotel, should think twice, to book this hotel, you may lose heavily. The behavior of counter staffs is absolutely stupid like. You are not safe at all in the hotel, Housekeeping staffs also do not clear your room despite complaining, No Sr. staffs also attend your problems.

Very bad service toilets not clean Not value for the amount you pay

Bed Sheets and Pillow cover weren't clean. No tissues in the room and commode wasn't clean.

Mine was a short stay as I had an appointment at the VAC biometrics and booked the room at the last moment. Location is perfect considering a 10-15 min walk to reach the biometrics center. Room was clean and neat and Wifi with good connectivity, they have a kerala style restaurant- Mishwar, and many food joints near the hotel. Staff were very courteous and gave the required information whenever I had reached out to them with queries.

A comfortable room with tea and coffee making facilities. A good bathroom and comfortable bed. All of our stay was memorable and great.

We are coming back to the hotel for the second time. Which shows that we really liked the hotel in terms of location, cleanliness, and guest service being provided by the staff. I completely understand that offering a wide variety at breakfast can be a bit challenging. However, it would be wonderful to see a bit more variety, especially for guests staying longer than a week. It would make the experience even more enjoyable.
