Bit at corner but good Staff and flexibility of not adjusted the request of cutting short the stay which unnecessarily wasted my time and money.I requested that if I can check out a day or two.I was told no money return would be there in that case.

The hotel staff and Manager Hajarath was exceptionally kind and did everything to make our stay comfortable. He was available 24/7 which was amazing ! all good maintenance could be improved

There was nothing to like in this hotel. From dirty linen, to dirty & smelling bathroom and biggest issue was AC not working which is not acceptable in summers in Chennai heat

Very friendly customer service. Helped us a lot. Arranged a vehicle to airport at 4 am and even carried our baggages. Safe and calm environment. Felt like our own house. Manager is very attentive and supportive.

We had 3 rooms. Bathroom locks was faulty in all 3.. Had bad smell in 2 of the rooms.. Flush out was not working properly in 1 room.

Room was clean No ventilation no windows in the room. We were 4 colleagues. We booked 2 Separate rooms for gents and ladies. We called the property the previous day to confirm our booking. They informed rooms are there but once we reached there they told they don’t have two separate rooms and forced us to adjust in one 4 bed room. They did not even reduce the price and charged gst for 2 rooms but instead of one. Worst customer service and staffs were not accommodating at all. Worst experience!
