Spacious room and good location Breakfast not good, no great options as they bring to your room the menu what they have decided and delayed everyday; Hot water is daily an issue, takes over half-an-hour for hot water and somedays no hot water; Bed linens not clean at all;

Cleanliness was well kept.the room that I had occupied for the first 4 days only was good. the place was convenient with parking. They, had changed my room(202 A) to a different one on the last day, this was done in my absence. Which I didn't like. They said that they changed my room due to some aircon issue ,which was not true at all. Because in reality there were some other guests who had occupied my room when I had returned in the evening . If there was really an issue with the Aircon why was it occupied by another guest when I arrived?? To my surprise my things were shifted to another room. This should not have been done. At least they could have requested me the previous day, which the staff didn't bother to. I hope booking .com would address this with the managers. In fact a few things about the room (203 B) that they had shifted me to had issues with the water: the water from the shower was having sediments and smelling like some tank had not been cleaned for a long time. The flush was leaking and had to keep the main valve shut, as water was getting wasted. Since it was my last day, I didn't complain as I left the next morning and was quite busy with work.

Such a worst experience that I haven't seen in any of the hotels so far. Myself and my cousin sister (both are female) checked in the night 11.30pm from bangalore to chennai. Room was quite good but there was no hot water . We highlighted and room service ppl came and told that it will be fixed in 10 mins. But the issue was not resolved till 1:30am and 2 to 3 persons are keep on coming and checking. We asked them to change the room atleast as it's late night but they didn't listen to us .We are already so tired and we have to refresh and also start early at 7am next day. These hotel ppl never understand our situation and simply made us fools as hot water will come in another few mins and wasted nearly 10 to 15 buckets of water. From 11:30pm to 1:30am the issue was not resolved .We both are totally fed up and requested to refund our money back when they confirmed that it's technical issue with solar system and hot water is not coming in any of the rooms. Manager who spoke to me said that money will not be refunded which shows that they are not accepting their mistake. Don't even know how to respect women. By 1:30am We both were checked out and not even a 50% of amount has been refunded. We lost money finally. Hotel ppl should learn how to respect women first . They didn't bother about our safety at that time . Will they do this to their mother and sisters? Worst ppl. Never choose such money MInded hotels and lose your money and peace. HIGHLY Dissapointed with these hotel management . Please refund as we didn't stay there

The staffs were fantastic. You can't get this kinda customer service even at a 5 star hotel. Quick on response and happy to help. Almost everything was closeby. 24x7 you can get anything. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment. We were, 4 adults and 2 kids. It was perfect for us. Didn't get hot water for a day
