This was a really nice, new, and very clean place! The rooms are very spacious and you will get a balcony and even a mini kitchen with stove top and cookware and larger than a typical hotel fridge. You also get a microwave. The closets are modern, spacious, and light inside turns on when you open them - it a smooth close too. They have a yoga mat and some basic for workout. Their spa : sauna, steam room, ice room are excellent and some of the nicest for hotels that I’ve seen. Their clinic on the second floor is also great and the staff and extremely kind. This place is a favorite of mine and the staff working are all very friendly, especially, the super pleasant and kind Benz! It is a bit far from most attractions- but if you’re looking for some peace, it is a good place to stay at. I didn’t like the excessive number of speed bumps along the way.

Great stay at Sole Mio. Large and comfortable room with a lot of space. Great breakfast choices and amazing facilities with superb pool and sauna. It was supposed to be garden view...but it faces the construction site of the new Residences (indeed not noisy).

The bellboys are really working for you, and the rooms have microwave and simple cooking appliances. Also specious rooms. The breakfast was really poor, the hotel itself didnt felt like a 5 star hotel. Close to beaches but far away from the center.

Clean and very nice looking hotel, pool is amazing with a great view. Good location with lots nearby. Room had a nice balcony. Food was average amd the drinks were expensive. Do not try and order (for a price) breakfast to your room for more than 1 person, as this was a nightmare! Building works next door also spoil the views.

The room was specious and clean.Comfortable bed & pillows.A large selection of delicious breakfast.The pool was lovely with beautiful views.The hotel was near to the sea, restaurants and amenities.The restaurant of the hotel was excellent, the food was great with highly trained staff.The reception & concierge are very helpful and professional along the rest of the staff of the hotel. Nothing. Everything was excellent

I'm very torn writing this review. The hotel itself is GREAT, but the area was very weird. The hotel was so clean, so nice, very comfortable, truly one of the nicest hotels we stayed in after weeks in southeast Asia. The staff were great. It felt very luxurious and was good value on that front. If you were not interested in going down to the beach or walking around, you might really like this. Their clinic facilities looked very nice although we did not use them. The pool was nice and the gym/shower/sauna/ice rooms were great. The area is so odd. There was tons of construction going on, and even though it looks like the hotel is only one block from the beach on the map, it is a winding walk through construction areas, and then a seedy little retail spot with shops and beach clubs before you get to the beach. The beach was so busy and almost entirely taken up by the chairs/tables/loungers from the beach clubs, which is not our vibe at all. The hotel apparently offers a shuttle to a different beach which we were unable to utilise during our short stay, so I'm not sure if that would have been a nicer part of Bang Tao beach, but it is really weird that the hotel is located across the street from the beach and yet they need to shuttle you to a different area 10 minutes away. I had read that Bang Tao beach was a quieter, nicer part of Phuket, but this is not what I experienced at all.

It was very relaxing and comfortable to stay at this hotel I was disappointed to be charged a fine for a very small blood mark on the bedsheet, which was accidental and not done on purpose.

Rude and not honest staff, their rooms suck and have no views at anything even on 5th floor also tried to cancel one night and they refused and that’s the thing about Thailand, if you commit on paying they don’t give back any money. Food was bad also
