The staff are exceptionally friendly and efficient. They clearly like working here and that made our stay more enjoyable. The pool is large and there was never any problem getting sun loungers even over the Christmas holidays. The rooms are very large. It is easy to get to and from the beach by foot and it is only a 10/15 min taxi ride to Boat Ave restaurants. There is a limited number of TV channels but the staff did offer to help us with an HDMI cable if we needed for use with a lap top. The restaurant menu is a little limited with seemingly a wider choice available though room service.

The property is large and luxurious. All amenities are available. The staff are amazing, very friendly, and extremely helpful. A little far from all the popular tourist attractions.

Breakfast was excellent. Egg station, fruit, Thai dishes, freshly squeezed juice, pancakes, French toast, waffles, salad station. Pool staff was very helpful and attentive. Specifically Orly who ensured that the guests had a pleasant stay. The hotel is a little distance from the town but we used grab to get to and back from the town. We were in Phuket during a low season so we took advantage of having a pool to ourselves most days :-). The rooms are beautifully decorated and very well appointed. The beds were very comfortable, mattress, pillows and blankets were good quality. If we return to Phuket, we would definitely stay again at this beautiful property. N/a

We loved the big and spacious residences — lots of room to feel comfortable. The breakfast was simple but had everything we needed. The pool was perfect: different activities during the day, but still quiet and relaxing. Honestly, nothing to complain about, everything was great.

The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, especially Orly and Gavin — they really made us feel welcome. The room itself was spacious; I booked the 2-bedroom pool sea view suite. However, the sea view was quite limited as it was mostly blocked by a wall. I was hoping the resort would have a larger compound so I could take leisurely strolls with my 11-month-old, but space was quite limited. I also initially thought the beach was private. I don’t mind public beaches, but unfortunately, it was not well maintained and had quite a bit of trash. Breakfast could also be improved — a bit more variety would be great, especially with some options that cater to Muslim guests.

The apartment is very spacious, which was a big plus for comfort. The swimming pool was well-maintained and not crowded, making it a relaxing spot during our stay. The property has only one restaurant with a very limited variety of food, which became repetitive during our stay. Unfortunately, there are no nearby grocery stores or supermarkets, so we had to rely on taxis just to get basic supplies. There is no private beach, which was disappointing given the location. Additionally, we experienced occasional outages of electricity and water, though thankfully these lasted only a few minutes each time.

Great facilities and location (quiet but not too far from town and some night markets in the area @Boat Avenue). Food was great, excellent service by Mr Orly at the restaurant. Front desk staff was very helpful in arranging tours/activities. Very little to complain about. The gym was good, but would have been better if it was located in a spot with a view of the sea/beach.

Just the little things,I asked for some bottled water on departure for the journey to the airport ,was charged £5 for 3 small bottles,as on arrival we were given flowers & drinks ,the departure is just as important ,probably more so ,as last impression.

The staff were excellent The piped music in the restaurant and poolside was unnecessary. Everyone has their own tastes in music. If they want to listen to music people have their own devices and headphones. It was difficult to relax by the pool and read as the music was too intrusive

I can't say enough good things about our stay at this hotel. It felt like a true escape to paradise. The sheer cleanliness of the room blew me away, and the staff's genuine friendliness made us feel so welcome. The breakfast setup was incredible with so many different options to pick from and new dishes every day. We stayed for a week and did not get tired of it! Every day was filled with fun, thanks to the fantastic pool, gym, and kids' room. The beach across the road is also breathtaking, and the easy airport access was a lifesaver after a 9 hour flight. If you're traveling with kids, this hotel is a must! In-house dinner menu could have been more reasonably priced, otherwise nothing!

Beautiful pool with easy access to the beach. The beach is very nice and quiet with a beach club close by to rent chairs from. Lovely suite of rooms with a private pool. Good breakfast. A shout out to the gentleman who tends the pool bar! A very friendly and helpful staff! The spa could have been better. We ended up using services outside the hotel.
