Clean rooms and staff

We enjoyed our stay. The only complaint I have is that during check in the front desk told us if we wanted a non smoking room we had to upgrade. I reserved a nonsmoking room and they told me since it was a third party reservation, Expedia it was our problem and it would be an up charge because that’s the rooms they provide (smoking rooms) asked to speak to a manager and they said they weren’t going to charge us because there were no smoking rooms left. I use Expedia often and never have I run into a smoking nonsmoking room issue. Besides that the casino was fun, the Italian restaurant was delicious and the staff working the casino were so kind and helpful. Our room was spacious, the beds were comfortable but the cleaning could be a little better. Still overall it is a nice place to visit.

When you are in your room and want to call housekeeping, room service, the front desk or anywhere else in the hotel or casino, do not count on it. Every day and every time we tried to call anyone from our room, we were put on hold for at least 20-25 minutes and finally we had to hang up. They have no hotel operator but all calls go thru the hotel operator so you cannot call any department directly. If you do not care about service then the hotel is ok. They have several different food options and the casino is very large. The rooms are ok and clean. Unfortunately, when I needed towels or to ask about cleaning my room, I had no one to call.

Perfect stay. Only one , i did not want to leave! Even the people who cleaned our room was perfect and one sang to us! I felt all the staff that was connected to the casino and hotel were there to make our stay the best , Which i thank you.

The elevators were glitching just enough to be unsettling, doors acting blocked and sounding a tone despite not being blocked in one. Another one was stuck on the second floor because it kept resetting all the floors pressed Although I did book “room assigned on arrival,” I would not have done so if I had known I would have to pay $25 more a night for a non-smoking room— I wouldn’t have imagined that in this century a hotel would assign a smoking room. It’s a nice casino, great selection, and all the staff I interacted with (except the kid who charged me for a non-smoking room) were very friendly and helpful.
-
Disappointed with paying $20. More for checking in 45: minutes early. Never had that before.Hotels always checked to see if your room was available.Plus I did book a month early.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful.

Have a good night and my wife enjoy the casino plus food court.

The first thing was they got to pick the room Two queens or a king No problem but it was definitely a handicap room The small closet with hangers in the bottom half This is great if you’re in a wheelchair but we’re not and the shower was small Then to wake up to take a shower and no water There was a water break and they didn’t know when it would be fixed We have stayed before when we actually booked we the establishment and we had a nice room and bathroom I don’t plan to let the establishment pick my room again

Very Clean room, great service and friendly staff
-
Nice room. Staff did not give any directions and it would have been helpful. Good value for the weekday price. Nice Casino. Large room, comfortable beds. NO water pressure in shower. Very clean.

Huge building great time many things to do

It was clean and easy to get around. The bell hop JJ was very helpful making it easy to get out bags upstairs quickly and efficiently. Check out was easy as well.

That is was closer to home than Vegas
-
Nice room, beautiful but laid out very confusing to find where the rooms were. Had to use multiple elevators to get to room then back to lobby. Having to wait for bell service was a lot of waiting.

I had a problem with the AC , they did send maintenance up fo err repair and a filter change it worked fine for the night but by the next day same problem . shower was pooling water… i actually slipped and fell the morning we checked out.

My Expedia profile clearly specified NonSmoking. When I arrive. They said the reservation is for a smoking room. And it is far away from where I needed to play poker tournament side. It’s more than half mile walk. However they said they have non smoking room with $79 fee. I thought about the inconvenience accepted the fee. On the day of checking out, the checkout time is 11am. I asked if I can stay at the room til 11;30am. They said they need to charge a fee for that. Non heard of.

I will definitely not stay at this place again. I went for a business meeting and was really happy to help a business with tribal ties. I made my reservation, and everything seemed good. Upon checking in, I was asked if I would like a non-smoking room. I said yes and was told that would be a $20+ dollar upgrade. What year is this? I have never been up charged for a nonsmoking room, which is probably 95% of hotel rooms now. They did not have a king bedroom as I reserved, and asked if I was ok with two queens, and I said yes. The staff said that would be in "this" tower that had just been renovated. What he did not tell me is that this was apparently an additional $30 surcharge. So, my bill was actually more than $50 more than I had reserved it for. This is simply a petty rip off, and Expedia should notify customers of this type of behavior when reserving rooms at this location.
