N/a I called the facility to confirm that my rooms would be available before arriving i was told they were ready. When i arrived John/ angel had no clue what was going on and actually heard them complain that the staff was supposed to been had rooms turned over and they needed help. Was supposed to be able to check in at 3 rooms were not available until 430 had us standing in lobby.

The room itself was spacious and met our family’s needs. The hotel was in a convenient location, and we appreciated having amenities like the pool and kitchenette. The front desk staff who checked us in were polite, and overall the property had the potential to be a nice place to stay. Unfortunately, our stay was overshadowed by how we were treated. From the moment we checked in, I felt like my family was unfairly singled out because I was traveling with four children. Before my children had even done anything, a front desk employee immediately warned me not to let them run through the hallways. She explained they had received complaints from extended-stay guests about previous visitors, but it felt like we were being judged before we even got to our room. Throughout our stay, we received multiple noise complaints that simply did not make sense. At one point, we were all downstairs at the pool for over 30 minutes, and our room was completely empty, yet the guest in room 218 continued to complain about noise coming from our room. It became clear that the complaints were not an accurate reflection of what was actually happening. At around 2:00 a.m., a staff member knocked on our door because of another complaint and asked if we could “call it a night.” I found this to be very unprofessional. I had paid nearly $700 to celebrate my child’s sleepover, and being told when my family should go to bed to accommodate another guest was inappropriate and made us feel unwelcome. Rather than investigating whether the complaints were valid, it felt like the hotel simply assumed we were responsible because we had children. The cleanliness also needs improvement. My children found pretzels and other food underneath the bed that had clearly been left behind from a previous guest, and the kitchen table was wobbly and unstable. Overall, I felt uncomfortable throughout my stay because of the repeated accusations and the way my family was treated. My reservation clearly indicated that I would be traveling with children, so I expected to be welcomed, not made to feel like a problem before we even unpacked.

Front desk was really nice and accommodating but the AC sounds like a freight train when i comes on making it difficult to sleep.

The room was clean but smaller than in the picture. Staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was standard. The only missing was there was no hook for used towels in the bathroom. It was a bit inconvenient. Also there was much counter space around the bathroom sink.
-
Pool area was a disaster they only had one staff member cleaning up. Towels and dirty socks everywhere. Staff so nice but we had to leave our first room due to ants… pretty gross but next room was completely fine
