If there were no other hotel available I might stay here again. Technically there’s a pool but no filtration and no sign of recent staff presence, cleaning, maintenance, etc. There is a decent breakfast but the staff throw chairs around and wash neighboring tables with bleach like guests are in the way. The room has a bathroom, but there’s no affordable way for the owners to replace that rolling barn door and offer some privacy. There are window shades but you can’t open them very far and what there are have enough holes that you’re not going to do much sleeping after sunrise. Don’t blame the staff: Company policy put them in this position.

Pool was disguised

The soap in the bathroom was empty and i asked the cleaning lady outside my door for soap and a ironing board and within 5mins we were given the missing items. I will definitely stay here again.

The staff was helpful and kind. Room was clean. Very disappointed by the pool. It was smaller than expected and dirty so kids couldn't swim. That evening staff told me that the pool was cleaned so I took the kids. The kids got in the pool then everyone started saying their eyes were burning. I didn’t even get in the water but my eyes started burning also. I immediately took them all to our room and had them to take a shower.

Springhill is an updated hotel. It has access to snacks and necessities by the front desk and the rooms are similar to one another. I did have to ask for a new room as my original room had an unpleasant odor that would not go away. Almost as if rotten mildew was growing just out of sight. The scent just lingered and nothing got rid of it. They graciously gave me a new room and were apologetic for my inconvenience. If you have a bad back plan on some discomfort. The mattresses were not great, they seem to sink in over night and you have to climb out of your you shaped hole in the morning while bracing for the pain as you try to stand up. Other than that the room worked for myself and my teens.

Room did not smell as if it was deep cleaned and prepared for the next guest. The bed was not made properly, the pillows were awful, sgower gel was empty. In Room 623, the glass partition on the desk rattles with every footstep near the desk. As a suggestion: the bathrooms should have vents.

I loved the breakfast each morning, the pool was a great thing for my kids and the location was super convenient for restaurants. However, the housekeeping was really lacking—they never came to clean the room during my week-long stay, and I had to request a cleaning, basic items like toilet paper, towels and soap multiple times. While eating breakfast one of the staff from the kitchen kept staring at me and my kids as if weren’t supposed to be there eating. So, it had some real mixed aspects!

The staff was great however, it didn't seem very clean. The bed had someone's hair in the sheets and the blanket smelled like urine.

Poor

We picked the hotel because of the proximity to I-95 and because it has a pool so it was very disappointing when we checked in and found out that the pool was not available to be used because it was being serviced. When we went to see the pool through the glass doors we saw how small it was too so it would not have been very fun regardless. The room was clean but it was humid and the air conditioning was not very cold. The mini refrigerator was also warm so not helpful for storing any perishables which we had on our road trip unfortunately. The room had some holes in the walls that should have been repaired. Breakfast was quite nice so it was a mixed bag but the negatives will have us try a different hotel on our next trip.

Amazing experience!
-
Receptionist had poor communication skills. Room shows signs of wear and tear. Holes in walls not repaired, TV wires affect movement/angle of TV
-
Clean property and easy accessibility. Only issue was mini fridge wasn’t able to get cold. This was only an issue for traveling with refrigerated medication. Otherwise perfect spot to stop while on a road trip!

The staff was friendly but my 4 night stay was horrible. There were so many room issues that I was at the front desk every single day, sometimes multiple times per day during my visit.

Exceptional

The shower had mold in it and the linens were dirty. The pool stayed unkept and my family could not go swimming at all. My final complaint was the morning breakfast staff. The gentleman was extremely rude to guests. He was not accommodating, He was dismissive to guest and overall rude. I wasted a lot of money staying here.
-
Close to family There was no parking when we got there that night. Lots of large tractor trailers taking up multiple spots
-
Whoever clean up my room half made up the bed when I checked-in, other than that I had no issues. The night front desk staff on Friday Night never answered the phone. I had to go down and even then, she was in the back, and a guest had been waiting on her as well. When I worked out in the gym for two days there were no sanitary wipes or anything to wipe down the equipment when people who were exercises were down. They never restocked the towels that were there, and the wall phone did not work. Other than this, the stay was okay.

Just hot water in the shower. Carpets old and dirty. No comfortable beds. Linen stained

Clean and nice
