At 6 o’clock in the morning, there was a small dog that belongs to Amazon driver that he left them in the room and he didn’t stop parking until like 9 o’clock so I wasn’t too happy about it. I went downstairs and told the front desk and another lady also complained and all they said was I’m sorry.

Size of room and breakfast I checked in on Thursday and my room wasn't cleaned until Sunday. I called twice and went to the desk twice to request cleaning. Staff had conflicting information. Manager said trash and linens daily will a full cleaning on 3rd day. Assistant mama said I had to request trash and linens, which I did. The mananger is supposed to refund me one day, but overall I was disappointed with the Hilton service that I received there. It's a new building, but they need to get it together. Totally unacceptable.
