I checked in and went to my room. The bed was a mess and unkempt in appearance. I went to complain and requested new sheets on the bed. She said”I’ll give them to you and you can put them on”. I was shocked at her response. I paid 200$ for the room and now I’m going to make the bed?

The A/C was so loud me and my husband barely slept. We closed the A/C but then it was so hot in the room.

Breakfast was always fresh. The room was clean when we arrived.

Paid for a double Queen room with walk-in shower, was given a double Full with tub. Pool was cloudy and smelled. First time I've ever stayed at a hotel where you have to pay for breakfast. It was already the most expensive hotel in the area!

Nice lobby. Nice room. Clean. Huge tv The “sofa bed” in our room was HORRIBLE. It was the hardest thing I have ever slept on.
