Clean, nice breakfast, friendly staff.

The clerk who checked me in was very abrupt and not welcoming. The other clerk, next day was pleasant and informative. The breakfast was good.

Great place to stay in Cheyenne.

A few weeks before the weekend, I received an email from Expedia saying the hotel had changed name to Best Western but my reservation was still confirmed with nothing to worry about. I arrived at the hotel about 8:00 pm to check in. To my complete shock the staff at the counter said I had no reservation and the hotel was full. I showed him my Expedia information but he was no help and said he had turned away several others that day who had booked via Expedia. He suggested that no Expedia bookings had transferred to the new ownership. I attempted to seek help using Expedia's awful service but got nowhere. Despite having made a reservation a year in advance I was left alone at night with nowhere to go. Being on my own in a foreign country this was extremely distressing. I don't know exactly who is to blame for this - Expedia or the hotel. But neither was of any help to me. I will obviously never use Expedia ever again. I felt like the hotel staff member made me feel it was somehow my fault for using Expedia, but the hotel chooses to use the platform. Overall the worst travel experience of my life.

Hotel was recently remodeled so everything was clean and fresh. Stephen at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful. He answered all my questions about CFD and gave me helpful tips on how to get around town. Truly a delight.

The bed was uncomfortable. The TV guide of channels and programming didn’t match, there were no towels, no extra toilet paper, and the coffee was horrible. We don’t plan to stay at a Best Western again.

very helpful and nice staff

We booked this hotel in December 2025 We showed up last week and they were not on the price that we originally booked it at they charged us double till there was nothing else we could do and we could leave the property if we did not like it. The property was purchased since then by age of an owner and he is not honoring the original booking prices. The staff was not helpful at all told us we could leave if we did not want to pay double the original booking price! Would not recommend staying here

For paying the amount we did you would think they would clean the rooms every day. But we had to go ask for clean towels. Showers could be better. Was not to nice to wake up to a dog barking . Otherwise it was good.

The staff member at the desk was AMAZING!! Absolutely went out of his way to make sure my husband, who is handicapped, had everything he needed. I was so pleasantly surprised. I would recommend this hotel to anyone!

Very clean room, spacious, lots of parking, helpful staff, no complaints

Considering the cost of the room was almost 500 dollars/night, nothing was what I would consider luxurious. Despite the hotel being sold out for that weekend, the sound proffing was very good so we were able to sleep.

NIce stay at the BW, good breakfast, close to food, easy access on and off to I-25,quiet, and very nice rooms.

We arrived after 4pm to find our room wasn't available. We were not offered any other room as they were sold out. Manager on duty was unwilling to offer any assistance and blamed Expedia rather than admit they made the mistake.

Friendly, efficient staff from checkin to checkout. Very quiet but very overpriced due to Frontier Days in Cheyenne…VERY overpriced. Room was nice, clean but the mattress was tooooo soft, like sinking in quicksand. Not complaining just saying so others with back issues are aware. Otherwise a good stay.
