Best Western Cheyenne

Room was clean and quiet. Checking in took longer than necessary.

Best stay I have had in Cheyenne...definitely coming back. Close to Outback, easy on off with the I-25.

We stayed one night, check in was very quick, room was very clean and it was convenient to get to downtown Cheyenne. Staff was very nice.

Well it doesn’t even go by this name anymore-no pool, no hot tub…hotels.com won’t re-emburse, no phone in room, no ice bucket til they switch ya rooms but still no phone! third floor marked as out of order, they put you on the second floor to listen to the pounding of them working on the 3rd floor-nightmare!!

Hot tub and pool were closed. Front counter guy charged me almost 76 dollars after i had already paid through expedia and seemed upset when i caught it but removed it. No hot water to wash with. Was luke warm at best.

We’ve stayed here a few different times throughout their renovations. The property, staff and service is wonderful.

Guys you are in the middle of renovation. Your pool and spa were unavailable. Disclosed the information. Shame on you and the website for not indicating what is going on.

Exceptional and friendly customer service, decent price and basic breakfast. Eggs, bacon, cereal, yogurt, waffles, bagels, bread, juice and a few other things. Unfortunately the hot tub and pool was closed for renovations... I wish this had been mentioned before i reserved the room but that's ok. The room was clean. I do wish there was a door sill on the bottom, may have helped with the noise of the other loud guests in the night. I barely got any sleep but that's not the hotel's fault.

The hotel was completely under renovation, however I didn’t know that until I arrived. The lobby was cords, ladders everywhere.

Undergoing renovations so elevator not available. Breakfast not available, though they had take-away bags with fruit & granola bags, etc. The room was lovely. The rest will be too when it is finished. A very nice hotel.

We booked on line for an accesible room. I printed confirmation that accesibke room was avaliable. At check in,staff said they do not have accessible rooms. We used elevator to 3rd floor. The room was clean and roomy enough for mobility cart. In the fridge was spoiled food!! Only 2 tissues, no hot breakfast,they gave us granola bar and tangerine.. The hotel was undergoing renovatios,and floors were a mess. We arrved late evening,or we would have left.
