Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites - Cheyenne by IHG

Not near as nice as the ratings and reviews. Not a bad motel for $150 but not a $200 motel in my opinion.

The staff at check-in were very friendly. Enjoyed the breakfast cleanliness in the location. I was relying on the use of the business center during my stay only to find that it had been moved to a small desk in the main lobby and cafeteria area. This wasn’t feasible as I was surrounded by constant noise and was unable to conduct meetings in that environment. The room formerly used for the Business center had been repurposed by the staff into a Photo/Selphie Booth for patrons. I was forced to retreat to my room and had to send my family out on errands so that I could conduct my meetings.

Reserved a suite and ended up in an “accessible suite” no different from a regular room. Our plans changed a bit so we had to leave a day early. No adjustment for the final day, we had to pay for it. Highly recommend staying away.

Everything was great! The room was clean, the lobby was well-maintained, and there were wonderful breakfast options. My only complaint was that when I checked in and arrived at my room, the door was propped open with the "Do Not Disturb" sign displayed. While everything appeared to be in order, I would have preferred to be offered a different room for peace of mind. Overall, however, my stay was very enjoyable.

I have already posted this poor quality place. Expedia should be ashamed of listing them.

Room was clean, bathroom could have been cleaner. There was an overwhelming smell of pool cleaner though. The continental breakfast was okay,

Everything is cramped, noisy, and gross

The front desk staff were more than welcoming and accommodating. We were there from 7/31-8/1 and both were wonderful. We interacted with housekeeping in passing on our floor and they were some of the most polite I’ve seen.

The rooms were clean, the hotel was clean and the pool and hot tub were serviced every day. Their free breakfast was second to none and had different options each of the four days we were there. A/C was also great and we were on the top (fourth) floor. We did not have enough towels and washcloths for the number staying in one of the rooms and staff took care of it quickly. We will stay there again!

Highly recommend! Staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Pool and hot tub were excellent! My kid loved it and met other kids to play with it. Breakfast was great! Lots of options.

Expedia website says this place is dog friendly. I arrived at 11pm and found out from front desk that the parent hotel is pet friendly however the Holiday inn was not. Luckily the staff was able to make this work, however there was a second there after 10 hours of driving that it seemed like my non-refundable hotel room suddenly became useless because Expedia and the hotel information differ.
