Cheyenne Guest Inn

Especially after staying at an overpriced and undercleaned Motel 6 on a long road trip - this motel was an oasis! Front desk was friendly and helpful and gave us dog treats and some extra poop bags for our poodle - there was a nice dog exercise/potty area right by the door to our stairwell and far as I could tell it wasn’t covered up in dog waste like so many places. Room was pristine clean - some of the furniture was dated and damaged, but everything was immaculately clean - excellent water pressure in the shower and water got almost too hot. Super comfy beds and breakfast was excellent for continental. 11/10 would stay here again if I was in the area. That’s how you do a roadside motel, well done!! 👏👏

The room was comfortable and clean. However, I have no idea why this place has a 8+ review on Expedia. I would stay at other hotels before I would stay at this place again.

Great price for a place to stay

For having to place a high deposit on Room, and having a foul animal urine odor in the room. Smell was so awful we had to sleep with the window open, and not even that helped the smell. Not worth it! Along with the stale bread and Cheerios offered at breakfast time. Very disappointing stay. They also will deny you a refund if something is wrong with your room. So be aware of this. Customer comes first, management needs to step their game up!

We have stayed here multiple times when passing thru Cheyenne. It is always clean, quiet, beds are comfortable and the staff are so nice. Breakfast is continental but adequate choices. It remains our first choice in Cheyenne.

Some faith has been restored in the hospitality area for myself. I was overly happy and joyful with a comfortable bed good cooking unit good coffee clean property. This place is great. Kudos!

The entire hotel was clean and well maintained, a comfortable stay and I highly recommend. Bonus was fresh brewed coffee, a first on this week long journey west!

Good place to stop enroute to Yellowstone. And decent price point

Gentleman at the front desk was helpful and courteous. A little disappointed that the online description of the hotel listed the roll-away bed as $30 per week, but was then informed by the staff that the charge was $30 per night. Even on a discount the cost of this accommodation was more than I would pay for a 2star hotel. While the breakfast area was large, open and non-clausterphobic, the menu options were pretty limited. While we were glad for a place to crash - especially at the last minute - I would look long and hard for other choices before returning.

This is an older motel but has been updated. Nice stay- convenient to interstate. Great breakfast. Room and bathroom were clean.
