Provided a trolley to transport luggage. Convenient to interstate.

Clean room, mattress needed to be replaced, request second floor, could hear footsteps in room above until 2 am.

This was my second time staying here while traveling cross-country. The bed and pillows are comfortable. Older property, but clean and no complaints.

One thing to be aware of - no elevator to the 2nd floor. Felt like an older establishment - made me nostalgic for when I would travel as a kid with my parents in the '80s. Air conditioner worked and I got a better night of sleep than at the previous night's (more expensive) hotel.

Filthy sheets, complained, and they were replaced with. . . dirty sheets, full of pet and human hair. Poorly lit guest room. With the exception of the TV, furnishings looked to be 40 years old. I wasn't expecting the Four Seasons, but wow this was really bad.

The price was right. The ac/heater was dirty, looks like it had not been cleaned in a while. The Heat option did not work, its Cool one seemed to be working but it was too cold to try it. The window curtains were dirty, there were scratches in the wall that needed to be repainted but were not. The bed was soft and the sheets were clean, there were plenty of towels . The staff was helpful and polite. Breakfast was ok, good enough for a quick bite. The stay was ok but the room needs a little bit of TLC.

Staff was very helpful. Everything in the room worked well. Happy that the room refrigerator had a small freezer for my cooler ice packs. Continental breakfast was very basic, but ok. Coffee very good.
