Quality Inn Cheyenne I-25 South

Room was not set up well, ac did not work consistently, shower didnt drain properly, and breakfast was just straight carb options.

The staff was outstanding. We enjoyed our few hours there. The pool was so warm and that was great!

Was right off the interstate. Older hotel, beds were comfortable, continental breakfast was good, outside pool was nice.

For the price, I’s stay there again.

The breakfast was very lacking. Hot items biscuits and gravy only came out 30 minutes late.

Nice room, and I liked the hotel layout. Breakfast was not as extravagant as some places but had enough options to be a real meal.

Great staff! Very helpful! They had great smiles and were very accommodating as we arrived late.

The room odor was horrendous!! The carpets were filthy. The staff, especially the manager were very unfriendly.

Key for side door did not work

Kristi at the front desk was excellent! Super friendly n helpful. Gave us suggestions n directions to visit areas around the city. She was great!

Staff was very helpful when I left my glasses in the room after checkout. Shout out to Neveah who found them and then went above and beyond and held them for me. Beds were comfortable and clean. Furniture could use a refresh.

The upholstery on the chairs in the room had stains on them and overall, the room did not feel as clean as it could have been.

Very dirty hotel, sheets stained, towels dirty, definitely not worth700$ for 2 nights just due to CFD

The only thing it was that the picture shown on the site was alot brighter than the actual room.

Location is great. Easy access to interstate, gas and food.

The room was not clean and fresh. I found a water bottle left by a previous guest next to the nightstand. The carpet looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. The complimentary breakfast was okay. There was no milk provided, so I couldn’t have a bowl of cereal. I asked for milk from a staff member, and got a simple response of “we are out of milk”. I expected more from this hotel given the price of the room. It was in the mid-range of prices for hotels in the area, but it was definitely a cut-rate experience.

The over night staff was nice, the morning was not I went to the front desk to ask for a credit for my stay there was no hot water and the bedding was stained , the front desk said they can’t just go to everyone and say they turned the hot water off !! There is no manager to help with weekend issues u have to leave your name on a stinky note
