The small room and beds

I would like to bring to your attention my situation regarding a misleading room description that resulted in unexpected additional expenses during my stay. When made my reservation through Booking.com I selected a room advertised as accommodating three guests, with an additional sofa bed. Based on this description, I reasonably expected that the sofa bed would be suitable for a third adult guest. However, upon arrival at the hotel, I discovered that the "sofa bed" was actually a small chair with an extension. The hotel staff informed me that, according to the hotel's policy, this sleeping arrangement is intended only for a child and is not suitable or permitted for an adult. This important restriction was not disclosed anywhere in the Booking.com listing. Because the room could not accommodate three adults as advertised, I had no choice but to book an additional room at the hotel. This unexpected expense exceeded USD $200. I believe the Booking.com listing was misleading because it failed to clearly state that the extra bed was only intended for children. Had this information been disclosed before booking, I would have selected a different accommodation or reserved two rooms from the beginning. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

The accommodation lives up to its description: a spacious room, a good-sized bed, and a bathroom with all the necessary amenities. The check-in process was clear and quick, and the staff was very attentive. There is no room service, but the restaurant/café is located on the first floor next to the reception, making it very accessible. There were prolonged power outages throughout the night, which may have affected electronic devices.

Just a constructive criticism. I went to the lobby a little late for breakfast. I tried to order something from the menu, but I was told that the only food available was the breakfast buffet, so I agreed to pay for it. However, after I paid and approached the buffet there wasn’t any food left. I was only able to get a little bit of rice and some cereal. I should have been warned that the buffet was already without any food before I was charged for it. I had to go to the mall next door in order to have a decent meal which by the way cost me more money.

Rooms look like a boat cabin, very small

Great stay at Ibis Chia, the staff was very nice, always ready to help. The breakfast was delicious. we had a few meals there as well and they were ok. We had a big group and they were able to accommodate us close by. Really recommend this hotel.

Cleaning of the room, bathroom need improvement. Also the pillows and blankets were dirty.

Everything was good It’s noisy, and the building tremble bc of the avenue which is full of heavy trucks, cars and it was scary at first time, but as soon as I realized it everything was good
