The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. The breakfast offered a good variety, including eggs, bacon, pastries, cheese, ham, coffee, and other options, so it was easy to find something to enjoy each morning. If your room faces the Tuscany countryside, the views are beautiful. The hotel feels a bit dated and could benefit from some renovations. Our room faced the street, where the building directly across is abandoned and in very poor condition, which makes the view much less pleasant and apocalyptic. If possible, I would recommend requesting a room facing the countryside instead. Also, Chianciano Terme itself felt very quiet, with many businesses closed and very little activity in the streets, which may not be what some travelers expect.

Room decoration (e.g. bed covers) should be updated
-
Not centrally located. No coffee available in the rooms.
-
Open late hours, kind staff.

It's a decent hotel in a good location. Staff was friendly and helpfull, breakfast was also decent.. a decent sized buffet was served and provided savory and sweet choices for everyone. There are better accomodations out there for sure but you will have a hard time findinging something more affordable. Great value for money. It's a rather old hotel, furniture and decor was in line with that. My bathroom was clean and functional but poor looking. Bed was ok, could've been better. But considering the price this was sort of expected.

The room was big and comfortable. The breakfast selections were excellent. We were very pleased. Theelevator was nice as I have difficulties climbing stairs. Everything was good.

The breakfast was good and the location is quite easy to go to Montepulciano and Lago Trasimeno. The rooms are very old and outdated and not clean. Also very noisy, you could hear everything from the other rooms, the elevator going up and down...

The air-conditioning was great and the bed was comfortable. The town is a bit run down, but we felt safe in the neighborhoods.

I had a very warm welcome into the property and the hosts took a real interest in my travels and where I'd been which made for a nice start to my stay at the hotel. The room was clean and spacious with a comfortable bed. Breakfast in the morning was great, homemade cakes and croissants with a good cup of coffee. The hosts made sure whether I needed anything else for breakfast before I checked out which was nice. Plenty of parking around the back of the hotel in a secure private carpark. Hotel located in a quiet part of the town, ideal for a solo traveler looking for a good place to stay for the night. Thank you for the lovely hospitality.
