The staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We were delighted to be upgraded to a newly renovated room with a balcony. The interior was stylish and tastefully designed, and the room was impeccably clean. Breakfast was also very good!

The thermal springs were wonderful! The rooftop pool was fine. The breakfast buffet was nice. It’s a bit dated and not really great proximity to Tuscany.

this hotel needs an urgent Refurnishing my room was so neglected , everything even the papers on the wals was so old and worn out. the bathroom was notwelcoming at all. my next room on the otherway was quiet renew.
-
No spa services, staff were unfriendly, "thermal" pool felt unclean.
-
It looks like the hotel used to be very luxurious, but it really needs some renovation works now - the rooms are a bit outdated and so is the terrace area.

Great hotel with spa but rooms need renovation. Also great and hospitable staff, especially liked the restaurant. Rooms need renovation.

The staff throughout the hotel were excellent, everyone at reception was particularly helpful. The restaurant serves great food and Davide was especially welcoming. The bar is a great find. Alfonso was very friendly and knowledgeable. I’m happy with the property.

Breakfast, clean.and nice room. Price.

Nothing. It was wrongly advertised form the pictures on booking.com and their own website that we didn’t recognise the place upon arrival. We had to cancel prior to even checking in. From the trash outside the entry doors, to the stench upon walking in to reception. I went up to look at the room just to make sure. What a disaster. It smelt so damp and moldy, the room was nothing like any images provided on booking.com. Unfortunately, they cannot see the way they wrongly advertise their property and feel it’s ok to mislead people I would not recommend wasting your money with this property. Advertised as a wellness place and a clean/nest accomodation but is far from any of that. Terrible

Chianciano, as a city, looked pretty deserted, like a tornado went through. Covid probably affected the tourism in the area. Nobody is investing in jotels too much. However, for Terme, I like that it was clean, the made cleaned up every day, and the breakfast was decent (compared to Alexander Palme which is awful). Parking is available around the hotel and the staff in general was friendly. I did not use the spa, but I heard people having fun in the evening. It has a restaurant, which is convenient since most things are closed in Chianciano. I stayed in room 606. I could hear the person in the adjacent room snoring. The window blinds closed 95% of the way. The windows (both room and bath) did not close all the way, I could hear people outside. If it rains, it’s a nice touch. I could mot check out until 8:20, which is weird, if you have a plane to catch. I went for sunrise photography, and at 4:20 AM I had to wake up some guy so he could remove a wooden stick from the hotel doors and let me out, which i have never seen anywhere else before. This gave me a sense of unease.
