The service was kind and quick. The location was good for the Terme. Enjoyed some crazy singing on the terrace outside one of the nights. The hotel is very dated, but then so is all of Chainciano Terme, the pool area was very poorly kept and even though it was hot the pool did not seem clean enough to enjoy unfortunately.

Staff very helpful and provided onward transport for us via minibus at very good rate. Nowhere nearby to buy basic things like water, snacks etc

Very friendly staff and the room was super clean. The complex should get some renovations/furniture upgrades. The breakfast served is not something you'll expect from a 4-star hotel...it could be improved.

The bed was horrible as well as the pillows. Woke up in pain in the morning. Also all of the doors are super noisy and the walls are paperthin so it wakes you up in the morning. Had to switch rooms because at first I was given a room above their restaurant where they play horrible music and it felt like the music was right in the room. Definitely on of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in and I’m not even describing all the issues.

nothing dirty dirty dirty. coffee machine not cleaned since years. it is not old hotel it is dirty hotel. no one clean it. walls are dirty. front doors in hotel difficult to open. no service at all. I will request chargeback.
