The room was ample for elderly people with disabilities. The male receptionist was unfriendly, unhelpful and rude. Twice I had to wait for him to finish his personal calls to ask for assistance (while I was standing right in front of him) and he spoke to me more rudely than anyone has ever spoken to me in the service sector. I also work in the service sector and was literally speechless at how rudely he spoke to me as if I were a vagrant he was shooing away from the hotel. Unbelievable!

It was simply the cleanest place I have ever stayed, the room and bathroom were spotless and watching the staff wipe down a table in the resteraunt I can see why. We were lucky to be on the top floor and had a wonderful view from our room. The quirkiness of the decor was also very charming and days after arrival we were still noticing new details. All in all it was an excellent value for money. The bed wasn't the most comfortable. Not horrible but probably on it's way out. The only other thing I can say was that the breakfast was mostly sweet ( but nothig wrong with that) and that if you want a pool and a resteraunt this is not the place for you - but you should know that from the description.

Great staff. The lady with the lovely ringlets on reception could not have been kinder as was the waitress at breakfast. There was a wide choice of breakfast dishes, both savory and sweet. The hotel is pretty close to the old town and really close to the 'Terme' and we were able to park on site which is always a plus.
