Great Staff and Beautiful view

Absolutely incredibly position above hill , breath taking views close to everything The pool was closed but because we can in April , but all was great in end

Breakfast was very good - big selection and fresh. The staff /owners were very kind, thoughtful and personable. They were ready to help if we needed assistance and accommodating with parking.

The owners were there at the front desk to greet us and help arrange our terme visit. They provided afternoon Apertivos and suggested we sit in the sun on the rooftop deck! They were super helpful and the breakfast buffet was well done each morning! It was all good.

We stopped off here one night on the way through Tuscany. Spacious room and bathroom. Very clean. Lovely balcony to relax on with a spectacular view over the surrounding countryside. Beautiful rooftop pool with views on all sides (unfortunately the weather was too chilly for us to go for a dip) Lovely, friendly owner and staff. Buffet breakfast including homemade cakes and excellent coffee. Onsite parking. Excellent value for money. If you don't have transport it's a little distant from the main attractions in the area.

We were welcomed already late in the evening by a very friendly lady, probably the manager (owner?) This was a last minute option near Montepulciano. We basically slept over Breakfast was good Honest price-quality hotel Easy to park nearby The hotel is already a bit old, but decent The air conditioning was old and too noisy, and we had trouble sleeping

Exceptional

The host was very kind (although no English). The breakfast was ok. The bed was unfortunately very bad and warn out, it was like sleeping in a bowl. Wifi didn't work well. There was no shower curtain, so water everywhere after shower. The hotel is very out dated, and feels like a time capsule from the 80`s. They offer free parking but they were full (we did manage to park on the street, legally or not).

Very friendly staff. Good accomodation for one night stay. Breakfast is OK. Nice view from toproof with pool. Overall, refurbishment would be desirable.

The staff was great. Checked in late and the lady and gentlemen were very welcoming. Breakfast was great. Server couldn’t do enough for us. Very nice. The beds were terrible! All springs! Actually had to check if we were just sleeping on a box spring! Awfully uncomfortable!

Old school hotel with lot of artifacts from '80 years :-) ... for example telephone booths Xmas tree in June still at the reception :D the broken window cannot be closed properly, so you could hear the noise and screeching of cars on the main road directly below the hotel

The Hotel and the Room was good. Good Breakfast. The Employees was also nice and very helpful. ?????

Friendly staff, affordable price. Bare minimum to spend a night in the road. With a heavy heart I have to be honest. It’s very old with significant wear and tear of everything. Not very clean, but I have no idea if it’s even possible to clean such an old carpet. For me it was hard to relax and feel comfortable in such surrounding. But I can feel that personnel are doing their best and I appreciate it.

Very good value for money, great breakfast! The persons that work there are kind and honest. Even privacy regulations are well respected and permission is asked to use personal details for various purposes which you can authorize or not. Very relaxed atmosphere. Yes, it is a bit old, but it’s logical for this price. ? All round very good.

Given the price I was offered (and it probably was a very good deal), my stay in the hotel was simply amazing. The breakfast was great for Italian standards, the room well isolated and no noise from the street would come through. Parking available, safe and free. The staff helpful, patient and understanding. A good place to rest, but nothing fancy of course. I would certainly recommend as a solid, reasonably priced stop on a way to any of the nearby highlights. The room's walls were a little thin, so you could be listening to your neighbour's TV. Not an issue if they're alright and respectful, but you could be less lucky. Well, this cannot be fixed easily, but just have that in mind. Other than that - all good!

Lovely staff, very clean hotel, breakfast, great price, awesome view from our balcony. Had a really good sleep here. Pool was not ready for use.
