Very serviced mind staff, very clean and best value for money Just very few points about the pool, the floor is not slope it is just level at 1.5 m which I think it is a little bit deeper. That is all and no complaints.

The heritage feeling of this beautiful small hotel is delightful, and the position on the river is lovely. The staff are helpful and the hotel is immaculately clean. Access to transportation from the hotel is not great if you don't have your own car. It's a long hike to wherever autorickshaws circulate. Our solution was to find a friendly autorickshaw driver on our first day and negotiate with him to pick us up every day. This worked. It would be helpful if the hotel had a list of business cards for such drivers. There are also only a few restaurants within walking distance, so plan ahead for how you intend to have dinner. Despite the remote nature of the hotel from the tourist district, this is one of its appealing characteristics as well.

Was out of the old town but was close enough not yo be too loud. About a 5 min Grab ride so reasonably cheap. Not a lot around but the facilities were super so not really an issue.

Great location with ping river scene. The hotel got all the things you need, comfy bed, nice staff, pool, breakfast. Good to return for the next stay The parking is quite right next to the road maybe it's not suitable for new driver. The lobby is little too messy with tour poster and brochure among the charming of Lanna colonial setting.

Lovely infinity pool overlooking the Ping River, the hotel is nicely designed and is not too big, staff were very good and helpful. The menu could be improved and food was OK, but not great (Thai food better than Western Food)

The service, the rooms, bathroom, heated pool, restaurant, food n riverside view. The receptionists, waiters n bell boys were all so friendly n super helpful! The rooms were so classy with the brass fittings in the bathroom. One of my friends was a vegetarian n the restaurant had no problems making special meals for her. Love the riverside location but it's a bit far to just walk for your foot massages or other restaurants. But honestly it's a small issue.

The hotel is right on the Ping River and is architecturally very appealing. The rooms and decor are beautiful and spacious. The staff were attentive and helpful. The food was delicious. Best hotel I've ever been to. I probably would have preferred it if the pool weren't heated but that's a small thing. I'm sure most people loved it.

Location The sewer smell was so strong we had to move to a different room (cheaper room) they never refunded the difference on the room charges after they told us they would give us 10% off of 15,000 TBH per night. We stayed 4 days and 3 nights. Still paid 45,000 Total for the room that we didn’t stay.
