The price-quality ratio is good, and the facilities are in good condition. It’s a bit far from the city center, but the location offers all the necessary amenities.

The staff were so friendly and nice! The owner's son was so helpful and kind. He told me about different attractions and things to do in Chiang Mai. He speaks English very well!

We had a great stay here, thanks to the amazing customer Service. We mentioned we were having trouble getting a rental car, boom, one is delivered to the hotel the next morning at 30% lower cost than the airport rentals. I asked if they knew anyone who did alterations, boom, I get the sleeves expertly cut off my dress and hemmed for ฿60. My husband mentioned we were leaving at 5:15 AM the next morning, boom, a gentleman is waiting for us at the front desk the next morning with two beautifully packed take away breakfasts. Just lovely! There are ample markets and facilities, just a couple of blocks down. If you are a tourist, there isn’t a whole lot of interest in this area. We were staying here in order to drive north to Chiang Dao and the sticky waterfalls. Worked out brilliantly. No Smart tv.

Absolutely amazing staff! The manager calls you by name, makes sure you’re well taken care of. The rooms are well kept, spacious and the balcony overlooks the mountains. The area is great , not a lot of tourists but only 15 minutes to old city by taxi. Rumochuk mall is in walking distance with many street vendors every night. The breakfast is handmade every morning and is excellent. Don’t forget to ask about the elephant sanctuary.

I had an amazing stay in this hotel, clean room,convenient location,short walk to a market, and the staff , Noon were very attentive,the owner of the hotel:Sakon,help me plan my short stay so I could visit the best temple and Markets. I will definitely book in this hotel again.

Very helpful staff and an above average breakfast (in comparison to similar priced hotels), quiet and short walking distance to Meechok/Ruamchok plaza for all your needs. Wifi, air-con solid. Can't blame anyone for the earthquake! The building withstood the strong tremors. Fridge in room on the small side and walls a little thin on the soundproofing side, but no substantial issues

Super clean - felt like it’s new but turns out that it has already been there for many years. Convenient location to supermarkets, food street, and famous spots like Coconut Market / JJ market, etc. A little away from the city center so it’s more serene and peaceful! Breakfast is good with different Thai dishes everyday, owner is super friendly and thoughtful as well; he even packed sandwiches ? for us to bring along our super early and long road trip for one of the days, and gave us Mandarin oranges as we visited during Lunar New Year ???? Some black ants (which do not bite) running here and there around the basins - just need to flag it to the housekeeping and it’ll be settled!

The staff were very helpful. Provided ideas on local markets, which were amazing. The room was clean and breakfast was nice. Right by the local market and can eat food locals enjoy. Do recommend the coconut market. Short walk away.

Friendly and professional service from Sakhon and the rest of the staff. Room is clean and spacious. Easy short walk to nearby Ruamchok and Meechok Plaza. Noise from guests checking in late in the night with their loud talking and slamming of doors. Although this is no fault of the hotel.
