The room is well designed and has everything. Not large but has everything. The location is walking distance to so much.

Location is great, staff is very friendly and the hotel is beautiful. Rooms are very cozy and comfortable. Also, compliments to the housekeeping team! They cleaned our room quickly but spotless everyday. We also saw the offer (free?) bicycles, unfortunately we didn’t get to try those but great way to get to the sights that are a little bit further out. Only thing we didn’t love is the lay-out of the bathroom and the room next to it with the sink and open closet. We were also missing a small hand soap dispenser at the sink, would be nice to add that.

I stayed here for the lantern festival. I was able to snag a last minute deal while other hotels are 2x-3x the cost. Snacks and refreshments provided for free.

Due to a medical emergency I missed my first night at the hotel. They kept my reservation and were very understanding. The room and vibe were cozy and chill. Kind, happy, accommodating staff. Great location.

The staff was very professional and polite. The bed for me was very comfortable and the room just right. The location is perfect. I wish there was some place for clothes storage. I stayed for 15 days and tended to live out of the suitcase. The shower next to the toilet takes a bit getting used to. I push the shower head towards the wall and it seemed to help with the over splash.

New Hotel with comfortable facilities, soft and big bed. Good smell and really nice architect concept. Staffs are friendly and helpful. My mom really likes snack and beverages counter, totally free of charge. Water heater in bathroom doesn’t work well

Very convenient location in the Old City, but also quiet at night. The room is well designed despite being a bit small. Overall the value over price is very high. Will stay here again next time! No separate shower area or shower curtains. Also sink is located in a different area (not in the toilet/shower room)

Located in the heart of the old town. Very near the oldest temple in Chiangmai wat chiangmun. The room was clean, very comfortable and good value .
