I like everything, the location, the accomodation, the cleanliness and the staffs. We arrive earlier (11AM) than the scheduled check in (which is 2PM), they were very kind and accomodating and let us in around 12nn and we were very thankful with that. Daghang Salamat! Highly recommended ☺️

No elevator but the room is on 3rd floor (didn't see this during making the booking). Staff made up the room but didnt clean the glasses.

Location - walking distance to Maya Center Mall. No lift - so beware if you have luggages! We were designated to higher floor despite we have heavy luggages. No physical staff to receive you, to welcome and to answer your queries. They communicate via whatsapp from Check in. No one even helped us with our luggages or at least give us information where to eat, where the nearest laundry shop or tourist spot is.

The bathroom is not good. There's a water leaking from the shower room and wet on the floor at room number 203. It must do a repair this problem. And the instructions for access the room should add more the 4th by telling how to turn the door knob.I turn downward, but actually should turn upward to open the door.

Small room and a lot of noise from other room stay only one night check out right away in the morning due to a lot of noise from other room

1. Near Nimman street and Maya department store. 2. Less staff at the front, impressive check in via line official. 1. Water pumping for shower is fluctuate low and high, not smooth. The pump should be set more properly. 2. Maid should be careful for the cleaning. Not change spoon and water glass. 3. The carpet in the rest room not using small towel, made me not comfort, sticky.

Very close to Nimman road and Maya department store The shower was interrupted, not continuous smoothly. Dislike the marble carpet in the bathroom, sticky. Prefer towel carpet in the bath room. Not good for elder if you get 4th floor, no elevator. Near by road and airport, a little bit noisy.

Comfy, clean, efficient, all good room. The air conditioning was good, and the bed was great. Bathroom worked well, too. Good privacy. I arrived around 8 pm and had to figure out the check in process myself because nobody was there. You basically have to contact a phone number to request access. It was fine but if I had no phone battery or cell plan I would have had trouble. The lobby was super hot like a sauna.

Location is so closed to Maya Malls and food stalls. night buzzer. No Smoking Area, Blur glass windows.

- The water pressure in the shower was super low in both Building A and B during my stay. - My balcony window lock was broken and I only found out about it around 10pm, I contacted the admin and they were very responsive but I had to wait for the mechanics until 1am to get it fixed. Not ideal. The hotel should have checked that no doors or locks were broken before letting guests in.

This hotel is self check-in hotel but don’t describe in the hotel description in booking , they send separate message in the day that I check-in on 11.00 instead. I checked in on 14.30 but room not ready , I need to wait for half an hour.
