Friendly staff and early check-in

The place doesn’t have parking

Very well located very close to the old town. The room needs some painting. Time much old furniture in the room. The bed was very hard.

Mattresses were very hard. Air conditioning was loud. There was no true shower as the holder was broken Security was non existent to the point they did not even verify me when I “checked in” Hosts do not speak any English, so difficult to communicate. Weird smell in the room as well.

The property is perfect for what we need . The room was big and quiet. Short distance walk to Thapae gate. The owner is very friendly, nice and helpful.

The best quality of the property is its location. For just a few minutes of walking, you can make your way to the Old Town or make your way to the various markets and night markets that surround the city. The room was also large enough to meet our needs especially the bathroom. The staff is kind and provided us with everything we need, including food and water for when we had just arrived in the city. It is also a quiet place to rest, recuperate, & recharge for the next day of your adventure. It also had a common living room area where you could sit and enjoy some coffee while you plan the next step in your day. There was Netflix and various other entertainment channels you could watch to fall asleep to. They could have changed the towels after each use but it is understandable to keep them to help save the environment. Also, there are no rooms on the ground floor and the only way to the upper floors is with stairs so the elderly or the differently abled may find it difficult to traverse. The property itself is a bit inward, that is to say, not in the main street so there is a couple minutes walk to get to the main road where you can hail a taxi, Grab, or InDrive.

Excellent location. The room was very clean and spacious, and the owner is really friendly. Amazing value for money.

Rooms are spacious and clean. Chinatown is just 10 mins walk and Roti Pa Dae is right at outside the corner

no elevator

Pros - superb location, right in the middle of the main street, 20 seconds from the street market. Quiet. Room was surprisingly large and easily big enough for 3 people. Price was reasonable. Check in and check out very fast. Security almost non-existent - not that we had any problem, but I wouldn't leave valuables there. Room cleaning was a bit problematic - we had to ask for it every time. Basic amenities - like a high-class backpacker more than a hotel.

Location was perfect for us

Perfect location and bathtub, these are the best parts of this place. As well as the price.

The staff/owner are super friendly and eager to help you. Some of the items in the room didn’t function properly (lamp, bathtub) and there is no bottle of water provided.

Room size, excellent service, valuable. Just small things like some light in the room is out of order. And once arrival if inform in the lobby both English and Thai how’s to contact staff will be extremely perfect

Clean, large rooms, beds were very comfortable. Owner and his wife is super friendly, cultured and respectful to your needs. Provide guidance about the area anytime and things to do around. Close to gate, night market and other activities. Can't think of anything.

very different with photos. We stayed 2 days. Withthin these two days, no one asking to make up room, no change bath cloths and no bottle water.
