Room was very clean, pool was warm salt warm so much better than chlorine, and staff was friendly. Solid housekeeping everyday and great location. We could hear the upstairs room pretty well so it got annoying especially since they stayed up pretty late but overall the hotel was great!

It’s a nice property for the most part but you can see something’s that are dated and need to be fixed. The people working there are very kind and caring. The room with the pool outside is really nice. The breakfast was repetitive, the breakfast to go was offensive for a hotel we pay that much for each night. The cost didn’t match the hotel.

This small boutique hotel was spotlessly clean. The room was lovely and large and the pool area beautiful and well looked after. All of the staff, but especially Kate went out of their way to make our stay the best it could be.

Our stay at Aksara Heritage in Chiang Mai was an absolute highlight of our trip. There was a calm, relaxing and welcoming atmosphere throughout the property. The saltwater pool was a standout feature—beautifully designed, refreshing, and never overly crowded. It became our favorite place to unwind after a day of exploring the city. The rooms were just as impressive, with gorgeous high ceilings that made the space feel airy and elegant, while still being incredibly comfortable. Breakfast each morning was a treat. There was an impressive variety of options, from fresh fruit and pastries to local Thai dishes, all delicious and beautifully presented. It set the perfect tone for the day. What truly made our stay special, though, was the staff. Every interaction was warm, genuine, and attentive without ever feeling overbearing. The level of customer service was exceptional, and we felt genuinely cared for throughout our visit. Aksara Heritage strikes a perfect balance between charm, comfort, and hospitality—we would absolutely stay here again.

The staff was friendly but more importantly, everyone there seemed to care about our experience at the hotel. The breakfast included about 30 items in the buffet and six made-to-order selections plus a daily special. Incredible. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Amenities in the room were generous. This is one of the best hotel stays that I ever had, and I have been to hotels around the world.

The service was extremely kind and attentive all the way through to checkout. The hotel itself is beautiful and in a great central location, which made getting around very easy. We also enjoyed the pool area overall, including the sunbeds and the relaxed atmosphere. One downside was that there were (the many) mosquitoes in the room when we arrived. We took care of it ourselves and later asked reception to spray. In addition, the gym felt like a greenhouse with very limited equipment, and there was no water or towels available. The bathroom and shower area were quite small, and the door (a two-part style) wasn’t very convenient. The sink being located outside the bathroom also felt a bit unusual. The beds were also not the most comfortable.

Excellent location. Nice bfast. Our bathtub was so nice. Great to be chilling out at swimming pool. So many mosquitos at the bar!!!

Modern Tropical, luscious, cozy atmosphere wtih friendly staff. Hot breakfast room indoor. It is better to sit outside by the pool for breakfast
