The rooms are beautiful. The staff cleaned them promptly every day. The pool setting is lovely.

You won’t be disappointed the location is fantastic and the Bodie tree restaurant caters to vegetarian. They have yoga and very specialized Thai massage across the street.

Beautiful decorated rooms, small and quaint pool which is incredible calming with just the sound of the overflow of water. The premises is spotless and is fantastic for children, it has a small role play kitchen area, sandpit and a small rooftop for your child to stretch their legs. Lovely owner who helped us to park (2-3 car park spaces), great location on a small residential street with a great coffee shop next door. Definitely recommend, we will come back! :) The children’s play area had a fan and other equipment in it. It was also very dusty, I think to make it even better for families they should improve this section :)

I lost something in the room and the young man found it and returned it to me. When I spilled water and wiped it up, the napkin came away dirty, so although the floor looked clean, it really wasn’t. Only issue I had. Everything else was fantastic.

Very fun lights and windows, and interesting set up. Fresh water provided everyday was lovely.

The apartment has everything you need (umbrella, slippers, hair dryer, mosquito repellent, etc.), a small but nice pool, a veranda for eating, toys for children, and everything is very close! Nothing.

The room was really well decorated with lots of Thai flavor. There was plenty of room to hang your clothes and store your gear. It was very quiet and great for sleeping. There were soft lights which made it relaxing. The location was excellent and only 15 minutes from the airport. The pool needed a little extra TLC.

We loved the location! So close to everything we wanted to walk to at night. The bathtub was fantastic! Loved sitting out at the pool when it got hot during mid day.

The location was in the old city, away from the tourist streets - but close enough for all food & shopping. The room was very spacious , decorated beautifully - with the style & charm of Chiang mai At its best - four poster bed with silk lanterns , overlooking a stunning swimming pool with palm tree and exotic hanging flowers. It was a joy to be living in this glorious space. It was a very relaxed environment , and the staff were very helpful and happy. The Wifi wasn’t always constant !

Not much to like, although location isn’t bad. Facilities outdated. Pool looked poorly maintained. Room was dark and dank. Bathroom moldy. Bathtub made of a concrete box. Staff a bit rude. I was so happy to leave after one night.

Clean, newly renovated, nice decor, amazing location (near restaurants,night markets, gate, temples, quiet street), friendly staff Nothing really that wouldn’t make us want to stay again. Shower didn’t have the best water pressure but it was not a huge problem and bed was firm, but also not a huge problem for us.

close to a lot of points of interest, quiet, had a great bathtub/shower. the bed was very VERY firm… I don’t usually like firm beds but I slept great and my back actually felt better the next day. all staff was very welcoming, the food place across the alley was very good!!

A really pretty property on a nice quiet small street within easy walking distance of the city's temples. The family who own the property have a young son and his toys are in the communal areas, which our daughter loved having access to - it made the place feel homely but if you're not travelling with kids maybe this wouldn't be up your alley. For anyone travelling with young children it was nice corner protectors were everywhere on the property making it super child friendly. Our daughter also loved the huge bath tub and little treehouse. If you're looking to sunbathe and hang out by the pool this isn't the best place for you - I think more lounge furniture would make the space more comfortable and relaxing.
