We skipped the breakfast but had coffee in the room. The staff was OUSTANDING! We were greeted by more than one person, check-in was easy. They were sooooo nice. Very personable and friendly. Couldn't have been better! We even recieved a fan as a going away gift. They also checked our room for left behind items before we let the building! Who does that? I've never had that happen. Couldn't have been better!

The room and the bathroom were very clean (compared to other recent stays in the area) and spacious, the bed comfortable. The staff kindly accommodated our request for a quieter room to the best of their abilities (corner room facing the backyard). There are a Big C mini and 7-11 right across the street. Not far from the old town. Nonexistent soundproofing and insulation (the AC could run all day and night and it wouldn’t be enough to substantially cool down the room and you could hear absolutely everything from the hallways and even the rooms on the floor above). This is not something a hotel has much influence over, but a lot of the guests behaved like they were the only ones in the building despite these conditions. The breakfast could barely be called that. There were basically three asian dishes, some toast and croissants, corn flakes with milk and hot water for instant coffee/tea/chocolate. There were also cold sunny-side up eggs (which were cold both at the start and the end of breakfast). When we asked if we could get some fresh warm ones, they took the cold ones and warmed them up in the microwave - inedible. At check-in, they demand a 500 thb deposit, which is supposed to be for the key card, and at check-out they do a room inspection before returning the deposit, neither of which are mentioned anywhere on Booking. So the deposit then isn’t only for the keycard but generally for the room. And even though we let the reception know one day in advance that we would need to leave at a certain time early in the morning for the bus station, nobody mentioned this inspection before our actual check-out when we did not have 10 min to spare. There is a 3% surcharge for paying by card, which also isn’t mentioned before booking. We also really did not appreciate the staff allowing certain guest to smoke (not just regular cigarettes) meters away from the breakfast area as early as 8 in the morning.

Its the best hotel i stay in chiang mai. Very clean. Very quiet place. The staff is super friendly and helpful. I even forgot my airpods in the room, they immediately contact with me and shipped it to another city. This hotel and there stuff is 10 out if 10 nothing to complain about.

Everything!! The two girls on reception are so lovely and welcoming. The room is extremely clean it looks brand new the beds are so big and comfy the manager is really nice :) We already left our next hotel to come back here because we like it so much. Really clean bathrooms and drinking water provided. Big Tv and fridge in room plenty storage space and sockets next to bed. Its been a nice place to relax with my partner after a long time travelling. Everything was amazing. Nothing could be improved and thats the first time I can say that about a hotel :)

An extremely new and clean hotel with parking lot. The receptions are extremely friendly and helpful as well, especially Peng and Anna! We were given a room with a balcony, so we could enjoy a great view as well. Thank you for making our stay in Chiang Mai pleasant! Nothing.
