Location and swimming pool A bit noisy some nights
-
The staff Centrally located
-
The bed was the most uncomfortable and the room very small.

Great hotel in a prime location. Although they do a great job, the place needs more staff to run more efficiently.

The Pool was great especially after a day of touring. Location was good, a block from the Chiangmai gate market which was great for breakfast. But the bars across from the hotel were loud to 0200-0300 in the morning . The bars across the street were loud.

Location was good. No hot water at all one night and when there was “hot” water it wasn’t even room temperature. Very few amenities.
-
The room is very very small so you have to take this in account compared to the price you can find something little better

Liked nothing we actually left 4 days early and booked another hotel room was so so small not like pictures facility was not good cock roaches every where staff was not very good

In old city. Well located. Pool dips great for cooling down

Proximity was closed to everything and it was clean. Nothing really, however, it was noisy due to the drinkers across the road but there is nothing to do with the hotel.

A lovely little hotel, great positioning and with its own plunge pool too. The rooms are not huge, but sufficient and nicely arranged. The staff were very friendly and easy-going.

A wonderful location just inside the old town. Great for exploring on foot or for ehailing. We have stayed in Chiang Mai many times and always opt for a room in the old town. This room was twice as expensive as we usually pay. If you enjoy a swimming pool then it's worth it. Our 1st room was very dark. The staff are wonderfully accommodating and kindly moved us when we extended our stay. The 2nd room was lovely and bright. The WiFi signal is good around reception where there are good seating areas. The swimming pool is very clean and refreshing.

The location is perfect for getting about the old city. The room was spacious and very clean Small but clean pool My husband found the bed too hard

Room 303 is a cozy and compact space with a lovely view of the pool, courtyard, and a side road lined with bars, massage spots, and other hotels. Please note that there are no elevators, so it’s a good idea to pack light and be prepared to carry your luggage up three flights of stairs. Inside, the room features a comfortable queen-size bed, and as you enter, you’ll find a table and chair to your right, with the shower and lavatory just beyond. The decor seems to draw inspiration from a Moroccan theme, giving the room a lively, vibe . While the space shows a bit of wear, especially with the curtains open, it’s still very clean and pleasant overall. P.s this place also has air-conditioning a TV and fridge. The hotel and room were quite nice overall, though the lively activities in the area, which continued until around 4 AM, were a bit overwhelming. If you’re a light sleeper, I’d recommend bringing some earplugs to ensure a restful night. Additionally, I found it a bit inconvenient that payment couldn’t be processed through the booking site. Instead, payment is made upon arrival, and any bank or merchant transaction fees are passed on to the customer. While I understand this practice, I believe these fees should be clearly outlined and included in the initial price rather than being added at check-in. A bit more transparency upfront would make the process smoother for guests.

Great. The room was huge, beautiful and very cozy. The pool is a great extra and the area with tables is nice too. Just giving it a 9 since the temperature of the shower didnt work great. You had to play a lot with it since it jumped from boiling to cold very quickly.

very friendly staff you can leave your luggage if you come early and do the check in later very clean room and bathroom mirror in room, tv, fridge and kettle there is a nice sitting area downstairs to eat and smoke the rooms are quiet dark as they have a window with coloured glass and a no window bathroom keep in mind that your experience is as good as your fellow travellers, the rooms are thin walled and people eating in the room attract all kind of critters that might spill over to your room;
