Breakfast was good, location is slightly out of the old city but close enough that you can walk, free snacks and water Walls were paper thin and you could hear people to your side and above you and maybe even below, loud guests with children running around the hallways, bathroom door was very loud and hard to use, bathroom develops smells from the sewer line, no one ever used the pool because there’s no loungers and the pool was slightly raised out of the ground

Despite the fact that the room is super humid and quite moldy the staff offered to change the room for us at the end and we enjoyed our time here.

This is a minor thing but the handle for the shower and heater were a bit slippery.

Rooms immaculately clean and modern. Rooms are simple again but modern and clean. Air con was fantastic.

Breakfast is OK, and offering of snacks and drinks for free are a nice touch by the hotel. One particular female staff was particularly helpful in finding us a taxi and transportation to the airport. Hotel is located by a VERY noisy street, and unfortunately the deluxe rooms are severely affected by this. We had difficulty sleeping due to the noise, as motorbikes and trucks circulate around the area the whole night - even though we were located in a high floor. The hotel is a bit distant from the city center, if compared to other hotels. With the exception of one staff member, communication was relatively hard with hotel workers as most did not speak very good English. Room service forgot to include towels in our room during one night of our stay.

Good location not so far from center. but just a few parking area. very good breakfast , and really good free water-coffee-tea and Cola with many kind of snack that 24hr free at lobby. I got room on 5th floor - look good and fresh air from the rooftop garden. I got room on 5th floor - look good and fresh air from the rooftop garden-after rain, but during raining , the roof making some noise and some water collected in front of the room, and next day - some officer going to do some construction that make some noise.

Amazing Hotel, Amazing stuff and overall the best experience I've had in Thailand - good looking hotel (feels very boutique) - helpful and welcoming stuff - great facilities in lobby - 7/11 right across the hotel almost nothing ! only thing is the hotel is a bit far from the night bazaar
