Friendly staff, good breakfast.

Shower floors were slippery, my young children slipped and fell a few times. It would be nice to have mats of some kind to prevent falls.

good rooms and location All the pillows provided were high, would have been good if atleast 2 of them were low pillows. I sleep on my chest so need a low pillow but as there were none, i had diificulty sleeping and woke up with a stiff neck. Too many mosquitos, though not the hotel's fault, it would have been good if they did something to control them inside the hotel and also provide electric mosquito repellent in the rroms.

Very friendly and clean. Everyone was so kind and helpful. The rooms were beautiful and the bed so comfortable. The pool was a little chilly and wish there was somewhere to sit out and enjoy.

I made a mistake, was supposed to book Moose at Nimmans, but I booked Moose at Chiang Mai instead. Was a good mistake, cos Moose chiang mai is about 40% cheaper. It is also a quieter location; Grab is very affordable, fast, and safe. It only cost 100 baht to most places, like the old city and Nimmans. I think I got a good deal. The staff is helpful. I arrived into the hotel at 9 a.m.; officially, i can only check in at 2pm, they rush clean up a room for me by 11 a.m.. I appreciate that kind gesture. Actually nothing I did not like, just a feedback that there should be charging points in the cafe and also lobby. I took my work to the cafe to. do my staff. There are a lot of digital nomads these days; charging points are really important. Even an extension plug wuld have help.

The facility was extra clean. The staff were great and very helpful. The snack area and drinks were amazing. Breakfast was good and the coffee machine was great. We 1000% recommend staying here and will absolutely stay here when we return to Chiang Mai. Thank you Moose Hotel we miss you already. The bed was to hard

Room rate matched expectation of hotel Hotel room was not sound-proof so can hear above room walking steps even at 0200 hrs that woke me up. Bathroom had a weird smell, like someone’s vomit smell. Fortunately closing the door of the bathroom did not affect bedroom that was all good & bed comfort acceptable

Near the Central Festival Mall with free Tuk tuk shuttle service Free and unlimited water and snacks Good customer service Worth money Some kind of smell when walking into the room even that the room is quite new and clean. Recommend to use air fresher/cleaner to create the fresh air in the all areas of the hotel.
