It was great for us - clean, plenty of space for us both to be able to work / be on calls at the same time. We rented bicycles which made it easy and fun to get around chiang mai! Wasn’t actually too far from the main bits, 20 minute walk. We didn’t have our room cleaned as we were only there for 3 days, but fresh towels, toilet roll, water and coffee were brought to us every morning. Bed wasn’t the most comfortable but it was okay - our room was also on a busy road so it was pretty noisy at night but it didn’t bother me. Lots of great local restaurants nearby with good prices

The place is good value for money. It has the basic settings, plus a good balcony. The location. It is quite far from the inner town so it's better to get a Grab than walk.

The staff was super nice and very helpful. They were willing to clean our room every day, and they did a good job of it. We got free water every day. The location was good - walkable distance to the north gate. There are 7-Eleven and Big C shops on the opposite side of the road, and a bunch of coffee places and street food vendors nearby. There are cheap laundromats available in the building. Our initial room was close to the street and therefore very noisy. We tried to close the windows but then it was very hot (in January) - I think because it was right above a shop. The AC was too loud to leave it on overnight. After 2 sleepless nights, we asked to be moved to a different room - the new room was on the other side of the building - much quieter and colder, but there were pharaoh ants in it.. we didn't complain and decided to stay there for the remaining nights, but it was generally unpleasant. The wifi signal and speed were good enough for some basic activities but not enough for calls etc. We ended up using mobile data and going to a coworking space nearby.

Really nice looking + modern and cleaned apartment! It's a perfect solutions for a short or long stay spending good price. Closer you can find markets, restaurants, bars and it's 20 min by walk far away from center and temples. Thanks a lot/Kop khun krap.

Very clean and comfortable room It could of done with better Wi-Fi the signal was hit and miss and had to re log in several times a day
