It was in quite good location and cheap. There isn’t that much storage. The shower was clogged and there were dirt/ construction leftovers on the sink that that looked like mold or something.

The staff is excellent, everyone is smiling and always ready to help. The room is cleaned every day, very clean and tidy. The location is good, not far from the center. There's a large balcony, and it's a fairly quiet area. The room is a bit outdated, though the photos make it look newer than it actually is. The soundproofing is not great, and we had very loud neighbors whose noise we could hear every evening.

There is absolutely nothing that I liked about this hotel Old, dirty, smelly. Staff is very unfriendly. Elevator works only from 8 am to 10 pm, so if you have a heavy suitcase and you check-in late or check-out early you need to carry your suitcase using the stairs. AC in the room was not working properly. Towels very very smelly. In the bathroom there is no normal light. Very loud — you can hear everyone walking outside your room, in the room next to you and above you. At the check in they said that I have to be pay only cash and that a card machine does not work. WIFI barely works, so please don’t choose this place for remote work.

It was a great location, a shop just around the corner, 711 5 mins away, food markets and shops all around it and just a 10-15 minute walk to the moat. The staff were lovely, the room had great facilities (even an air purifier which would have been an absolute gamechanger during the smokey season!) and a beautiful view of the mountains from the large balcony. It had both aircon and a fan which was also a nice surprise - most places tend to have one or the other... We were only there for 1 night so I didn't spend long enough really to dislike anything... If I was REALLY picky, it would be that we only had 1 card key, so when I went to the shop I couldn't take a key to get back in the main door, OR I would have to leave my husband and son without power... The times I did go to the shop the staff were very accommodating and, even at 10pm, waited for my return so that I could get back in, very nice ladies there.

Great staff, lovely room and balcony. very modern Not the best location. we found it hard to find the property as the name of the hotel doesn’t match the sign they have outside which caused confusion- we had to ask 4 different locals in order to find it. it’s also away from the strip, about 20 minute walk.

Friendly staff and cozy mini hotel in busy area next to an Old Town.Both AC and fan are available in the room.Great comfy bed, balcony with an ashtray and great view on the mountains and plains taking off from Chiang Mai airport. Nice little cafeteria with free coffee,toaster and some kitchen utensils. No elevator, which wasn't a big deal for me since i didn't have many bags
