In short, everything! The staff, food, room, cleanliness all amazing! I will definitely be back! Sometimes it’s hard to find taxis in this area. But the staff are happy to call one for you!

Walking distance to the night market. Washer and dryer on the property for guests can use for free. Room was clean. Enjoy the breakfast buffet every morning. Allot of sugar ants I spotted in the room.

I appreciate the staff who were helpful. Enjoyed stay at POR Santitham, breakfast was good, support their idea on operations of sustainable reusable water bottle. Free self-service laundry was very helpful.

We really liked the hotel. The room and bathroom were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. We appreciated having free drinking water both in the room and in the lobby. The common areas were very nice, and it was great that they had a coffee machine and small snacks available to use at any time. The staff was very kind and helpful, and they assisted us a lot with organizing our stay. Communication in English can sometimes be a bit limited, but overall it did not affect our stay.

The hotel has a washing machine and dryer for self-use. It is highly recommended not to use them. The laundry came out with a bad smell and the dryer does not do the job even after many hours.

Everything!! The staff specially Aor was incredibly helpful. She even greeted us in Spanish which she heard us speaking. The pool was clean and so refreshing. The hotel had free water, coffee, tea and cookies all day! The room was very comfortable and clean. And the best was we had free laundry. Really free with detergent and softener included. The only problem was the dryer took over 1.5 hours to dry completely. Breakfast was very good too offering local and western options. Nothing

The breakfast was super tasty! Room very clean and comfortable. Nice pool view from breakfast eating area. Unlimited water and coffee was a treat! Great friendly staff! Too many mosquitos lingering around the rooms unfortunately. The room 210 faced the back of the property and could get noisy at times. The walls are thin and could here people talking next door unfortunately.

I loved everything about our stay, the staff were very attentive, helpful and super friendly and not to mention the r breakfast was phenomenal, like beyond our expectations.

The location is perfect, the staff is amazing! The breakfast buffet is good and there’s a variety every day. The room is also clean too, considering everything is white in it. For the price, it’s really a good deal! There are insects/mosquitoes every now and then so you have to buy or bring an insect repellant spray.
