Hotel was ok but was not too clean in my opinion.

Loved the location and the staff! The coffee shop connected to it was delicious and had the BEST croissants. I had one everyday while I stayed there I didn’t like the shower situation but it was still not bad.

Free juice, water, coffee, tea 24 hours. Wonderful staff at front desk being so helpful and kind. Massage school ITM is right there too! And ONG’s Massage school within easy walking distance. Tops grocery store 5 min walk. It’s not right in old town Chiang Mai so you have to walk 25 minutes to it but it’s not hard. Or you can grab a Tuk-Tuk at the Temple Wat Lok Mollee which is a short walk.

The best receptionists ever! Free water hot or cold, apple juice, orange juice 24 hours-serve yourself. Breakfast/lunch available. Tours. Nice pool. Secure feeling. Wish it was a little closer to more food choices like being in Old Town is but you can walk to Old Town in 15 min or grab a Tuk-Tuk at Wat Lok Molee Temple which is amazing.

nice location. Rooftop is empty - space to sit, think and contemplate, plus extra bathroom. Nice pool. Family room that we had features beds looking at each other. Forget intimacy if you travel with kids. Someone kept trying to hack my FB and Insta for about 4 days after I tried to log in to hotel Wi-Fi (do not do it, buy a SIM card). Breakfast options very limited, no kettle in the room - go down for tea/coffee.

The hotel was nice, small but sufficient rooms. Located in a quiet street, close to the city center. Really nice and helpful staff. The pool, very small, dirty, sunbeds placed in the water and located right next to the lobby, which is not the best as there were so many people around. We didn't even try the pool, it was almost always empty.

Good location, nice pool, comfy beds. Nice rooms. Staff weren’t that helpful made us pay to upgrade to a non damp room as we weren’t happy/comfortable with a damp room (which all ground floor rooms we saw were). Managed to negotiate one night in upgraded room for free but next day, reception locked us out of our room and wanted to put us back into a damp room. Also went back on what they said night before if we weren’t happy with the damp room (which they had cleaned but issue still present as just plastering over the problem) we could upgrade for free. Seems they have the wrong priorities, not sure I’d return.

It’s a decent hotel. Nice swimming pool and some staff are friendly (except the lazy night shift guy). Location is very good. Room is clean and decent. The property is slightly older than the pics but it’s fine.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location was great as well. Definitely recommended for someone attending school at ITM.
