The property was very clean, and the beds very comfortable. The street is a bit loud at night, and the noise comes in through the windows.

The staff was very friendly. Bedroom was nice and comfortable and location was great. I think this was the worst breakfast I’ve ever experienced in any hostel. There were only a few cereal options with milk and bread, placed on a table in the middle of the walkway. The setup felt uninviting, so I chose not to have breakfast there at all.

The cleanliness could be improved, especially in the bathroom. I thought it would have a more hostel vibe, but it was really dead... if it's what you are looking for, don't go there. The breakfast is a good addition but it's too basic

I swear this is the best hostel in Chiang Mai. It is so clean and comfortable. The girl who cleans does an amazing job. The beds are comfortable and the receptionist is so helpful. It is the perfect place to work online. It is a small issue but The key pad to the dorm door makes a lot of sounds and talks when it unlocks. If you are a light sleeper you might want to bring earplugs if you are near the door.

Excellent value hotel at the edge of the old town. Easy walk to cultural sights and many restaurants and shopping nearby. Wonderful welcoming staff, all very clean. Comfortable bed.

Very comfy beds, clean bathrooms, nice atmosphere, small cozy area within the room to work. Location is great to explore the old town and surrounding. It‘s a small place, missing some more common areas. Don‘t expect much from the breakfast they include. The receptionist is moderately friendly as long as you don‘t have any extra requests.

Good location Breakfast is just cereal or flakes with milk. Room was a bit dirty and some things were falling apart. Downside to the good location is lots of noise, especially in the room with the balcony facing the main road. The room felt cramped and could've have used more storage shelves.

The staff is very helpful and friendly. It is nicely decorated and the bed is comfortable It is not well maintained. We stayed in the private room and the shower there has fungi, the sink is falling, and the plugs cannot hold a mobile charger so you need to be very careful to find an angle where it works. Also sometimes we got bad smells from the toilet and the air conditioning. The breakfast is very basic
