The check-in process was very quick and there is a dedicated area to park motorcycles. The ergonomics of the room is also not too bad, with the plugs and light switches arranged well. The room was also very spacious and bedside table was at an appropriate height. The hotel is also extremely value for money for an 8-night stay, and is close to food locations such as jok somphet, as well as close to a 7-11, laundromat and several temples in the walled city. The receptionist staff are very friendly and there is no deposit required to stay at the hotel. 1. Wifi: The wifi can sometimes be a bit unstable, cutting off internet connections intermittently. 2. Bed: The bed can feel a little hard, making it difficult to sleep. Sometimes, my bump hurts just from sitting too long on the bed 3. Toilet: It was very difficult to switch from the bathtub tap mode to showerhead mode, making it a hassle for people who don't want to use the bathtub. Furthermore, the lack of a phone in the room makes communication with the receptionist more difficult. 4. Boiler: The boiler seems to be faulty as the water doesn't feel boiled despite the reading showing the water as boiled. Not good especially if you want to make hot drinks or a late night cup noodle snack.

Convenient location, a large parking lot available, and plenty of cafés nearby. There were issues during check-in, so I had to call Booking.com and sort it out. The view from the window was of a wall.

I like the property but hot water was not working

Housekeeping was consistent and thorough, with fresh water provided daily and the room well maintained. The building has an elevator. The location is excellent, situated near the North Gate in the Old Town, making it easy to explore the area on foot. The Wi-Fi was extremely unreliable and frequently stopped working or failed to load pages. Anyone planning to do remote work should look elsewhere, as getting anything done online would be nearly impossible. The beds were very hard, and the shower pressure was so weak that washing hair was a struggle. Despite being a fairly large hotel, there is no laundry service. What stood out most were the large signs in both the lobby and the room stating that the hotel takes no responsibility for valuables left in rooms. Rather than being reassuring, that created a sense of unease and raised questions about what may have happened in the past to warrant such prominent warnings. There was also no safe in the room, which only added to that feeling.

The location is good. I made a reservation for 5 days, but after 3 days, I changed the hotel. I needed to work, and the internet connection was not stable. I informed the reception, but they said the other customers have no complaints. They also charged the last 2 days, although I left the hotel.

A good hotel near the north gate. The staff are very nice and helpful. The room was bright and spacious. I definitely recommend it.

They kept the water and coffee supplies restocked daily. The staff was really helpful overall. There was no cafeteria or kitchen facilities

Lovely staff. Great location, within walking distance of everything, beds were comfy. I enjoyed. Room was clean.

Very quite location off the main roads. Basic amenities but good value for money. Staff were pleasant and helpful. I felt safe and comfortable which is the most important thing for me.
