Great location in Old Town. Walk anywhere. The pool was very welcoming after a day out and about. The bed were a little hard for us.

Nothing much Crowded with furniture, even the fitness room. Our room had a permanent sewer stench

Interesting architecturally and had history . You know you were in Thailand not a cookie cutter hotel. Mattresses were worn.

The staff was very friendly. The room was big and had a big window. The pool was super nice. It was a pleasant stay and it was very calm. The mattress was not the best.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and a good size. Nicely decorated. Beds were fairly hard. Hot water in the shower didn't work despite being looked at. Quite expensive in relation to other hostels i have booked which have been on a lower price point and been more comfortable.

The location was quiet. The tour to the elephants/bamboo rafting was very nice. The staff was lazy and rude, not helpful or arranging at all. The restaurant was only serving breakfasts ( if you could find someone to order it...). The pool has no edge to relax on a chair or lounger. We left after 4 nights and lost 3 nights because the service was so poor.

Closeness to everything and rooftop terrace You had to empty own bins which was not a problem but didn’t know had to ask and change towels when dirty
