It was close enough to things It was dirty, next to a school so loud very early, lumpy bed, smelled

There is a school in front of the hotel. The speakers (from the 40s) are pitched towards the hotel rooms and the very loud singing and lecturing starts 7AM until 9M daily. Breakfast is boiled eggs and tiny hot dogs and tiny toasts

We really enjoyed our stay at this property in Chiang Mai. The location is excellent, right in the heart of the city. You can easily walk to all major attractions, cafés, restaurants, and shops. At the same time, the hotel is far enough from the busy streets, so it’s quiet at night and you can sleep very well. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, always helpful and attentive. The room was spacious, clean, and well maintained, with a minibar, a comfortable bed, and a good shower with strong water pressure. Free breakfast was simple but tasty, exactly what you need before going out to explore the city. Since we spent most of our time outside, the hotel worked perfectly as a comfortable and practical base. The only downside is that there is no elevator, and our room was on an upper floor, so we had to use the stairs. However, this didn’t really affect our stay, especially since we were rarely in the hotel during the day. Pros: • Outstanding location, walkable to everything • Quiet at night despite being central • Friendly and welcoming staff • Clean, spacious room • Comfortable bed and good shower • Simple but enjoyable breakfast Overall, this is a great choice in Chiang Mai, especially if you value location, comfort, and a peaceful night’s sleep. We would definitely stay here again. Cons • No elevator (stairs only) - but this was not a big deal

The electric shower worked badly. Staff had to come to the site multiple times to open the machine and manually repair it.

The location is perfect! Just for a night is a good hotel

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Staff is very friendly and hard working. Room very big, well cleaned. Bed was good as was the bathroom. Location wise, you are in the heart of the city. (alot of the tourist sites are walkable) Breakfast is served outside which attracts pigeons

Staff very helpful ( Fang and Mild ) No much facilities and the breakfast is the same every morning

The staff was fantastic, always incredibly friendly and helpful with advice and suggesting places to eat and things to see. It was also great to have a free breakfast outside the hotel in the mornings.

Located within Old Town so I'd recommend staying over the weekend and walking to the night markets - they're fabulous fun and you'll get lost exploring. The room is simple and sufficient, quite spacious as well. Showers are pretty good. Bed is a little lumpy and hard. No lifts so you may need to carry your luggage upstairs if your room is not on the ground floor. If you're renting a car in Chiang Mai, parking may be a little difficult. There is limited parking in front of the hotel but otherwise it is street parking in a narrow alley.

Very good

Breakfast choices poor , hotel staff friendly and helpful . The set up needs updating

We liked the location, staff very kind and the design of the bedroom was very modern. The slope of the bathroom floor is poorly designed. When we used the shower, the water would pool or spread across the entire bathroom floor, causing the whole bathroom to flood. This was quite unpleasant, as we had to dry the entire bathroom floor after showering

The hotel was great and the staff were extremely friendly. The hotel offers basic coffee and breakfast in the mornings which is good if you have any early morning tours planned. Our stay was great however the bathroom did flood after every shower and the water was often cold.
