It’s a good location in Chiang Mai but it’s a bit style over substance The breakfast is one of the worst hotel breakfast I ever had. Making it all look fancy but serving the lowest quality food possible

They upgraded my room to a balcony suite, and I absolutely love it! It’s a small open space that we can enjoy the inner garden view, it’s much quieter while we sleep. The gate area is unsafe for us to board the car because there’s no parking space for the grab car.

Quiet, Amazing staff, location, pool, rooms Nothing really

Good location in the old city. -towels in dire need of replacement. After wiping, a bunch of lint was left on my skin. -there was a crack in the sink -flooring & shower area had some rust -“garden” wasn’t really what it claimed to be and was tiny. Paying more for the view of that is ridiculous.

The breakfast was delicious with a great selection. One of our favorite surprises was the complimentary free-flow drinks in the afternoon. Having ice-cold beer available in the hot Chiang Mai weather was such a treat! Another highlight was the two lovely cats. They were so adorable, and they definitely made our stay even more memorable. We noticed that some other reviews mentioned noise at night, but we didn’t experience any noise issues at all during our stay. It might depend on the room’s location or orientation. Thank you for the amazing hospitality. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Chiang Mai!

Wonderful property small but felt like a super cute little hide away The pool was a bit too warm so it wasn’t as refreshing as we hoped but still enjoyable.

Mosquitoes in room at check in. Gym was subpar

The hotel is near to many markets around the old town . Very clean and comfortable. But the main thing is the amazing hotel staff : tukta ,tippy, tamm,dragon , are very helpful, and warm people definitely the best asset of the hotel.

12/10 - there are no words to express how wonderful Thee Vijit Lanna is. I had planned on hotel hopping (hotel reviewer) only being at each hotel for 2-3 days at a time. I ended up staying the whole time, it truly was too good to leave. It’s been 3 weeks and im so excited to return this coming week. I rarely leave hotel reviews but i couldn’t not for TVL. The staff are exceptional, Jimmy, Tan, Housekeeping, Matt, Dragon, Charlie, Tukta & the two kitty cats to name just a few. Housekeeping are some of the best housekeeping ive came across in 5* hotels that are 10x the price. The maid would make my bed to perfection and even rearrange and organise my phone cords! Fridge temperature was exceptional (can’t stand a luke warm fridge) and the Shamp / Cond / Shower Gel / Hand wash is better than my expensive products. Matching hand sanitiser next to the lift is a great touch. Had booked breakfast but was out early most days, will try this time around. Most importantly, Mr. Jimmy & staff, thank you for making me feel so welcome, whilst going through a difficult period in my life. We were pleasantly surprised by so many perks at this accomodation. - free flowing beer/wine/soft drink from 2:30-5:30pm each day - the breakfast was unlimited à la carte rather than a buffet like most hotels - location was super convenient - the room itself was beautiful and well maintained Every staff member we interacted with was amazing, but in particular Bill made our stay the best one we had in Thailand. We will not consider booking anywhere else when we come back to Chiang mai The only (tiny) downside was the hours for the breakfast meant that if you were on a day tour you would miss the breakfast.

Our stay was excellent. The hotel is brilliant, very high quality. The heated pool is majestic and the food at the hotel is super cheap so it's really worth just having your lunch there. It's positioned well in the town so it's just a fantastic overall stay Nothing really to say negative about this

The staff is really nice and helpful

The property was clean and well located. The staff were friendly and helpful, and even provided recommendations of things around for our stay. The property is a little bit smaller than we anticipated, but we still had a good stay.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They helped us book both a day trip to an elephant sanctuary and a cooking class. For the day of the elephant sanctuary they made and bagged us a to-go breakfast totally on their own idea without us asking for it. Unfortunately it seemed that every day they had maintenance work (elevator, pool) which in general is good but on a 4 night stay to have them almost daily kind of bummed us. Breakfast was menu based and not buffet so slim picking, but the food itself was good

Breakfast & Bed & Hotel Atmosphere are the things that I love them! The room has turned a bit defect compared to the last two years that I came. Need more clean in the bathroom.

The plunge pool and the all you can eat breakfast Nothing

I am very happy to write this feedback as normally I do not participate in surveys. We travel a lot and I am a frequent traveler. Considering our vast experience, Thee Vyth Hotel is perhaps one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in this category and what we paid for our stay. But again, irrespective of the money, everything about this hotel is excellent. Their staffs, food, room comfort, location and the way they entertain customer's request is all so good. At times I and my wife were discussing as what really motivates them every day to provide such excellent service to every customer. If we ever go back to Chiang Mai, this hotel would be our first choice. I also thank the owner of the hotel who definitely has put his/her soul in managing this hotel to make it work the way it is. Travelers, please book this hotel without any doubt and we stayed in Deluxe room with bathtub. Thanks again Only one request and no complains.... clean the corners of bathroom and put white cement atleast once a month to avoid any spots to be seen.

It was a hidden gem. Beautiful courtyard and pool, spacious and modern room. Super accommodating and friendly staff.
