The room was spacious, staff were very helpful, the hotel generally had a nice vibe, cool aesthetic. Love the cat -- he was especially helpful! Good location too. There isn't an elevator, and the hotel is hard to reach via car, but it was workable for me. The room was comfortable, I slept well, great location. The room didn't have a safe, and sound-wise it's not very sealed off, so what goes on outside can get noisey at night at times. You can fairly easily hear people walking for example.

This was a very quiet, cozy place to stay. The staff were kind and the breakfast was nice. There was a small issue with getting hot water, but the staff did their best to work it out. Somehow we had booked the hotel twice and booking.com would have made us pay, but the hotel was kind enough to try to rent out the room and give us back a portion of the money. Booking.com is not easy to reach. I may change to a different site if we can’t get better service. It was good in every way. Things aren’t exactly like home and that’s why we came here. I thought it was good value for the money if we hadn’t had two bookings!

It was a very cozy inviting atmosphere! There were lots of places to hang out around the pool. Everything was great! A few issues with getting hot water, but they were resolved.

Breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of choices each morning. Highly recommend the pancakes! The pool was also a perk.

Beautiful, peaceful location right next to the night markets and old town! Lovely staff—we felt like family. Everyone was so sweet! Fabulous breakfast! We enjoyed everything very much!

Such a lovely boutique hotel in a great part of town. The breakfast was amazing me had lots of variety! The rooms aren’t very sound proof and you could hear people coming and going (door slamming) on the weekend

Hetai hotel is the one which I would like to recommend who is looking for the nice sleeping. This hotel is so nice and comfortable. It is very close to local markets and the old city. From this hotel to Tha Pae Gate is 5 minutes and to Zoe in yellow bar 5 minutes. I like the room and the breakfast is very good, there are fresh fruits such as mangoes, passion fruits, melons, watermelons, and pineapples. Fresh coffee and they two kinds of the breakfast, buffet and order food but you can have all. One thing that I was so surprised is about the mango, while I walked around the local market, the mango is 40-60 Thb per kilogram and it is not cheap so how can the hotel provide this fruit? I love this hotel very much and I will stay here again. Aw! The swimming pool is very good too. The staff clean it every day.

Pillow is too thick. My neck hurt during sleep. Glass walls, can be seen from outside. No chair inside the room.

Conveniently located. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was good. No elevator; struggle for this 60 year old woman to carry large suitcase up stairs with an injured toe. Nobody there to assist.

Great location. Very close to nightlife and shopping. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend No bar for refreshments.

Excellent stay. Everything was perfect, spacious rooms, breakfast and location. Helpful staff, organised private day trips to Chiang Rai for us.
