A very chilled out place, staff are very friendly, a lovely oasis to return to, great location. Nothing - except I would recommend the doors are oiled to stop them creaking as I was worried about disturbing the other guests - but besides that, perfect and we would like to return next year

Simple but well decorated. Perfect for backpackers. Reasonable WiFi. Well located, near the old town. Poorly insulated rooms, get your earplugs. Very basic breakfast. Get your repellent, mosquitoes are waiting for you. No parking.

Spotlessly clean, comfortable, quiet, incredibly friendly and helpful staff, great facilities, amazing breakfast with fresh hot and cold options (including a take away early breakfast when we had to check out at 5.30am). Perfect location and so peaceful. Felt like luxury! We will definitely return if we make it back to Chiang Mai one day. Amazing place.

The property is charming and has a nice courtyard. It is located in a convenient spot that is close to everything. The staff is friendly especially Nick who always made sure that I got everything that I need. The free breakfast buffet has a good variety of food including seasonal fruits. I got the room that is close to the road, which can get noisy. Also I can hear the noise from upstair.

Exeptionally kind and helpful staff, great area near to old town square, free laundry fascility, place is very cute and well kept and clean. Breakfast and pool is down the street at a nearby branch but is only literally 2 minutes walk. Towels are only changed apon request therefore reducing washing chemicals to be used which is more eco aware and ecofriendly, reuse towels. Overall great stay, really enjoyed.

Very well located in Chiang Moi, relaxed surroundings, many interesting stores and cafés in the immediate vicinity. Chiang Mai city center within walking distance. Lovingly decorated garden with plenty of seating that invites you to relax and linger. The staff are very friendly, courteous and helpful. I wanted for nothing in my room and the beds were wonderfully comfortable. My room was on the first floor, but I still had my privacy. Breakfast and pool are available, but are a 2-minute walk away, which is not a problem after all.

Everything about this Boutique hotel is my taste. So cozy, quiet and family type. And clean. The staffs are so friendly and ready to help you in anytime. I will definitely come back. And the location is perfect too. The breakfast and pool is separate from the hotel. But for us it wasn’t inconvenient.

Beautiful boutique made entirely of wood. Amazing staff that made our stay really comfortable. Felt taken care of by the staff. Never had such an amazing experience staying at a hotel/airbnb/etc as we had here. Nothing to complain. Loved everything !

Location and personal The beds are with squeezing sound. Non comfy. I literally had zero nights with good sleep .Absence of noise isolation, you can literally hear every footstep above you or when somebody do things in other rooms or speak. Ac working very poor

Traditional yet quirky Thai style boutique hotel in the heart of the city close to the old town. We really enjoyed our stay. Happy we could use the pool at their sister hotel a minutes walk away. That we had to leave!

The place is absolutely fantastic, there is hardly any better place to stay in Chiang Mai. So the only downsides were the horrible WiFi, we had to use a co-working space for our remote work. And there were some quite annoying other guests which were very easy to hear.
