In case of problems, the staff also try to help quickly and is very friendly. Unfortunately, the room itself could not convince. We got a room on the ground floor which looked like a kind of cave because it was very dark. The beds could use an upgrade and creak. Unfortunately, we also had no hot water and the shower hose was broken. The repair took approx. 1 day, one wonders why something like that was not noticed during the room preparation. The breakfast offers hardly any vegetarian and no vegan options, which is a pity. The vegetarian options to choose from were unfortunately also very small from the portion size, so that we were not full.

The man that showed me my room was exceptional. Super friendly staff. The place is a bit quaint which I found lovely. I had a corner room on the second floor where half the room is windows, but you have these massive curtains that block out all the light which I thought was cool. The bed was comfy. The room was spacious enough and the bathroom was good. Great shower pressure! Also, the pool was a great addition. The included breakfast had much variety in options and was very tasty! The bathroom door was tough to shut all the way. The chair that I sat in by the pool had some sharp barbs on the armrest from what I assume are screws that used to hold the armrest cushions in place.

Nice staffs, good breakfast, good location The bed is too. The place is a little old. We arrived 1 day later, they gave our room away. We ask to be in the upper floors. Noise from the street behind our room.

Staff were super friendly. Nice location if you like to shop and buy things. The room was dirty. Cleaned black off the light switches when we arrived. The beds were like rocks. So hard and nearly impossible to sleep on.

The location is so close to all the action! Having a pool with a bar right beside it is also fantastic. Laundry place is right across the street. Massage next door. Amazing kind helpful staff. What more could you ask for? Book it.

The location is just out of the old city,easy to find some local or famous restaurants.The service is attentive & staff are helpful.Great food in its restaurant,especially the breakfast (choices from the menu)with different kind of fresh fruits .The room is comfortable & well maintained in very tidy & clean condition.No problems on both air conditioner & shower power . The staff was amazing! Breakfast was divine⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (4⭐️s). The location was perfect. Pool was great. I felt very safe walking by myself at night. Quick walk to Old City gate. This is a me thing; I like a separate shower not one next to the toilet.

This place is amazing, very cute and lovely to hang out outside by the pool. Room was pleasant, air conditioning was very strong which we greatly appreciated. Water pressure in the bathroom isn’t great, but this isn’t a big deal.

The A/C appeared to be undersized for the room; we asked for help with setting it up as the A/C unit was not able to maintain temperature, but we were brushed off by the staff, and told that everything "appeared ok". Overall we just used the pool more during the heat of the day.

Breakfast is wonderful! We got to order from the menu. They gave us one free meal and one free non alcoholic drink any time of day for each person for everyday we stayed there. The pool was really nice and in the sunshine but it was cold water. We were in a deluxe twin room which was on the street and so there was Street noise. The shower was a little funky, adjusting the temperature. The staff was very kind and accommodating. They gave us two free bottles of water every day. It's very close to the Taipei gate, about 6 minutes to walk to get into the old city A pool had cold water in it.
