It is clean. Great staff. Calm area. I stayed almost 10 days. Everything was good. But They didn’t have a window and instead they had a glass for the sunlight to enter the room. Its alright for me.

Great location and super friendly staff. Able to walk to everything in the area. Overall wonderful value for the money. The only downside was the size of the balcony but that truly wasn’t an issue.

Location was good . Lobby was cosy, staff were really welcoming Ground floor room, bathroom floods when you use the shower.

The staff is very friendly and helpful The location is great walking distance to night bizarre and Sunday night walking street bizarre the rooms are very clean kept up daily. The breakfast is one of the better ones I’ve had in Chiang Mai been coming to Thailand for 20 years going to make this my permanent hotel to stay at in Chiang Mai the price is very good too with the free breakfast

I loved how welcoming everyone was, I felt like home away from home. I do wish it had an elevator, but it was helpful guests & staff who helped with my luggage when I arrived & when I checked out.

The first room we were in had a broken towel rack, the fridge had a broken piece inside, and the air conditioner initially didn't work (but was fixed by the staff quickly).

It was much like a hotel anywhere, walkable to downtown and friendly staff. The breakfast was very nice. They provided soap and shampoo and lotion. This hotel would be difficult for someone with disabilities or mobility issues. The lobby is accessed from 5-6 steps from street level.

First night I was placed in a room that was on the ground floor and not very nice. I booked a balcony room and there was no balcony. They gave me a new room the next day and it was much better

Great one night stay. Location is great, room had a smart TV, solid breakfast, decent small but functional gym which was a nice surprise. A few parking spots was a big help for us giving proximity to old town.
