The staff is really nice and helpful

The property was clean and well located. The staff were friendly and helpful, and even provided recommendations of things around for our stay. The property is a little bit smaller than we anticipated, but we still had a good stay.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They helped us book both a day trip to an elephant sanctuary and a cooking class. For the day of the elephant sanctuary they made and bagged us a to-go breakfast totally on their own idea without us asking for it. Unfortunately it seemed that every day they had maintenance work (elevator, pool) which in general is good but on a 4 night stay to have them almost daily kind of bummed us. Breakfast was menu based and not buffet so slim picking, but the food itself was good

Breakfast & Bed & Hotel Atmosphere are the things that I love them! The room has turned a bit defect compared to the last two years that I came. Need more clean in the bathroom.

The plunge pool and the all you can eat breakfast Nothing

I am very happy to write this feedback as normally I do not participate in surveys. We travel a lot and I am a frequent traveler. Considering our vast experience, Thee Vyth Hotel is perhaps one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in this category and what we paid for our stay. But again, irrespective of the money, everything about this hotel is excellent. Their staffs, food, room comfort, location and the way they entertain customer's request is all so good. At times I and my wife were discussing as what really motivates them every day to provide such excellent service to every customer. If we ever go back to Chiang Mai, this hotel would be our first choice. I also thank the owner of the hotel who definitely has put his/her soul in managing this hotel to make it work the way it is. Travelers, please book this hotel without any doubt and we stayed in Deluxe room with bathtub. Thanks again Only one request and no complains.... clean the corners of bathroom and put white cement atleast once a month to avoid any spots to be seen.

It was a hidden gem. Beautiful courtyard and pool, spacious and modern room. Super accommodating and friendly staff.

The staff are so welcoming. It is my favorite place to stay in Chiang Mai. It's beautifully curated and a great location!

Absolutely everything my boyfriend and I needed, were met from day 1 to day 7. The first time we stepped into their lobby, we were greeted by the heartiest welcome smiles from Charlie and Gam. All of the front desk greeters were very happy to assist us every time we needed help. Tukta, Tippy, Matt, Tan and Ton were these greeters. Breakfast, served efficiently with smiles and willingness to serve, were all professionally made by Nan and Oomim, who were obviously well trained by the most pleasant kitchen head staff, Bell. Our room was always perfectly cleaned and everything replenished with fresh supplies each day. Thanks to Porn. The General Manager, Jimmy, was outstanding. Jimmy is obviously a great mentor to all his staff and well respected. The last two days before our departure, Jimmy had recruited a couple of young adult very talented musicians to perform for the guests pre dinner hours. It was a very welcoming experience. Jimmy is a treasure to this boutique resort. The property felt like a calm sanctuary from the hustle and bustling atmosphere of the busy streets of Chiang Mai. The property itself, although smaller than a resort, was designed to feel like a resort. Everything was well maintained. I would highly recommend this boutique hotel.

We had breakfast included but because we had booked some morning tours we had to leave without eating. If breakfast started at 6:00AM or 6:30AM it would not have been an issue. In the mornings we saw other guests receiving what appeared to be a meal to go. We were not aware of this service and we could not find where it was listed for the hotel. If it was in fact a to-go meal we would have made a request so that we didn't miss a meal.

breakfast was good. A little confusing though on how to order and hw to chnage a standard order. Bathroom could use ore light. The 11 - 2:00 happy hour was a little underwhelming

Nice stay in Chiang Mai. The hotel is in one of the main roads at the border of the walled city. Very lively neighborhood and an easy walk to the center or accessible via tuk tuk/grab. Many restaurants, stores near by. The hotel is modern, the staff was very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was very nice. They had a menu that changed every day with several options of local and western options which was good for us as we wanted to try local dishes. They don't have SPA on site but helped my wife with reservation in a near by place. We visit in new year's they gave us a nice token of appreciation. They have a mid size pool which we used and had fun. The room was new, had all necessary items but was a bit small and felt crowded.

The staff and our room with a pool view were absolutely wonderful.

All the staff at this hotel are so kind and go out of their way to be helpful, including Dragon, who checked us in and provided a free upgrade to a better room so our family could have 2 rooms close together. Breakfast is plentiful and everything is delicious. The staff helped arrange convenient transportation to different sights. The location is on a busy street, and we were a little worried it would be noisy, but our rooms were calm and peaceful and very comfortable. It was easy to walk from the hotel to various sights in the Old Town.

The staff were very warm and friendly , the bed was super comfortable , the shower was wonderful , and having a round, deep tub within in the room was a nice touch. The breakfast selection was ample enough and the cocktail bar on the room was real chic. I’m nitpicking here, but there could have been more storage space and shelves. The plunge pool also wasn’t heated. There could have been some better seating on the terrace with the pool (a bean bag as a seating option felt a cheap relative to wha we paid)
