Staff was always present, very friendly, even when I'd come back late from the Night Bazaar. Close to just about everything. The Breakfast was amazing, I was absolutely surprised by the banana pancakes and Matcha Latte, the best I've ever had! I hope I will still be able to find a room here when I come back, this place should always be fully booked!

Most everything about this hotel was amazing. Great staff, room, location. The wifi in my room was really bad, didn’t work most of the time. That is about the only thing that wasn’t good.

The staff were very kind and welcoming. The beds were very comfortable. We liked the location, close to local food places and nice coffee shops. - I booked this hotel for the pool and the ‘fitness centre’, but the photos don’t appear to be up to date because there was no treadmill while we were there. It also seems to be used as a storage space. We didn’t end up using the fitness room at all. - Pool area is very small - We were there during very bad air quality and it was difficult to keep the bad air out of the room due to issues closing the small window in the bathroom.

The shower is uncomfortable. The water drain is strange, after one takes a shower, the water just stays there on the floor. It's very uncomfortable to use the bathroom for several hours after that because the floor is a giant puddle. The AC is placed right next to the headboard, so the cold air blows straight in your face and it's difficult to sleep with AC on (you have to because it's so hot in the room) and not get a cold.

Staff are very helpful and kind. The location was wonderful for walking all over Chiang Mai. Breakfast was excellent especially the fruit. Endless bottles of water and they were kind to give us ice by the glass as requested.

Great location. Great breakfast. Staff very nice. Rooms a little tight. When taking a shower the bathroom floor would get soaked due to the shower glass and drain placement.

Great location with super friendly staff. Breakfast was delicious. Free water bottles available for guests at all times which was wonderful to grab when leaving for the day! Room was clean and AC worked well.

We had a bumpy start because of people before us who had brought bedbugs to our room and they had to clean it. We did not want to be in the room because of the insect repellent and they organized a new room for us. They were amazing, very helpful and kind. Had a lovely massage with reduced price, they made breakfast for us to take with us when our taxi came at 5.30 in the morning. The place is lovely. Nice small swimming pool and the old city but also warrarot marked are close. The owner made us lunch immediately when we made a mistake with the time and were in rush. She was so kind! The insect repellent they used. Hope they will take instructions more careful, because it can cause serious harm when not used according to instructions.i know Thailand is less careful with things like this, but in my eyes this is important. I did not like all the signs with things that were prohibited. They could be more kind, now they felt a bit unkind.
