Ambience. Setting. Peacefulness. Walkability. Local cafes. I would have loved a better shower head and stronger shower pressure, but these weren’t deal breakers.

Stunning! Slightly tucked back from the main road. We were wowed by how beautiful the entrance to this.place is. The room was very large with a kitchen area and microwave. Big fridge. Can walk into central chiang Mai in under 25 minutes. We found lots of lovely local restaurants nearby

Good location. It was not in the touristy area so it was quite and near local markets, restaurants, River Ping. The staffs were really friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. The lightbulbs were broken in our room, but the staffs fixed them for us as soon as we informed them. When I booked the hotel via Booking.com, it said that the price came with breakfast. However, during out check-in, the staffs informed us that there were no breakfast service during this time due to the closed down of the dinning room. I just thought it could be better if they informed us prior to our arrival.

This is a very nice hotel, very quiet but close enough to the Sunday night market. My room was upgraded to a suite which was very nice, and appreciated. Good facilities all round, and friendly staff. All good.

The rooms are spacious and the staff is very friendly. The hotel is a bit outside of the main area but you can walk for 15 minutes to many awesome restaurants. I stayed in one huge room for a week, then went away to visit another city and came back to a smaller room that was still big and comfortable. Beds are comfortable as well. Internrt is fast - I used it for a couple of Zoom meetings without problem. The balconies are charming!

shower in bathroom The owner and the staff didn’t communicate and work collaboratively so they didn’t deliver as they committed and even worst they accused that the customer didn’t inform them. Wen they saw the chat history and the staff’s commitment, they realized it was because they didn’t communicate internally.

Very good value for money. Close to the New Year celebrations and count down and to nice cafes and restaurants. Nice and clean room. Usually quiet. Polite and helpful staff.

The size of the room is great and the place is very quiet. They always managed to clean the room very well. The bed was too hard, the TV was too small and the internet connection was a big problem, it was very slow and sometimes disconnected. Also there was no breakfast option or snacks on site.
