Basic massage prices are more expensive than the rest of the city (good experience though!), farther from the “action”, the hotel restaurant is across the street and has mixed reviews online

Lovely Breakfast, spa pool, amazing and complimentary good room balcony. Good beds. Bathroom too old, and reception has heavy doors every time we needed something it was not as accessible as it should be. Concierge area was always empty, no one there.

Everything was great and 90 percent of the staff were awesome. There were a couple of employees with a little attitude.

Hydropool was wonderful as was the onsen. Staff was very helpful and the parking lot guard was wonderful man. Two twin beds pushed together is not a king sized bed. Lol

The breakfast buffet was excellent and the setting on the river was lovely and peaceful! Loved the uniquely Thai ambiance of the property! Also highly recommend the spa!

The rooms were amazing!! I had the best sleeps and loved the sound of the pool outside the sliding windows to your patio. The breakfast was the best I’ve ever had for included. Very friendly staff, and amazing place to relax. The hot water never got hot. Couldn’t have a hot shower or bath… it was only ever luke warm and who gets a room with an amazing tub but can’t use it cause of water temperature

We booked for twin beds as noted on the internet page. When we arrived the hotel told us they have King size bed even though the booking said it was twin beds.

Lovely staff, great location- short walk into town or grab $2! Very comfortable rooms, great breakfast selection and coffee!!

Pool and spa tiles had scum on them. You had to cross a busy road for breakfast. Everything else was great.
